Villa Los Pinos, a villa in Moraira with private pool, is in a residential area within walking distance of the beach and village of Moraira. The property is on two levels with the ground level having a twin bedroom with its own entrance, air-conditioning and large en-suite shower room with toilet and washbasin. Upstairs are two further twin bedrooms, one with air-conditioning, that share a full bathroom and a kitchen/dining room with a hob, oven, microwave and washing machine. A cot and high chair are available for a small child. There is a spacious lounge with air-conditioning, a music centre for radio, cassettes and CDs and a digital satellite television system for BBC and ITV television. The lounge opens onto a covered naya and open terrace that is secure for small children. Outside is a barbecue terrace, Jacuzzi, kidney shaped 9m x 4m private swimming pool and a lovely arbour providing a shady resting place that can also be closed off as a safe area for small children if required.

Villa Los Pinos is a villa in Moraira with private pool on the Spanish Costa Blanca mid-way between Alicante and Valencia. There is an excellent restaurant 100 metres down the road and the beach and village of Moraira are within a short walk. Moraira is a small and pretty seaside town only fifteen minutes walk from the villa. A fish market is held daily with Friday being the principal market day where you can buy souvenirs, fresh fruit and vegetables. The village has many shops, bars and restaurants. This area boasts 'the best all year round climate in Europe' according to the World Health Organisation. So with 320 days of sunshine a year you can take advantage of a Spring, Autumn or Winter holiday and relax in the sun all day and enjoy open log fires in the evenings.
