Sightseeing

There are many areas to explore, which are not far away. A drive to the fortress (Guadalest) with narrow cobbled streets, shops, and wonderful views. Terra Mitica is our new Theme Park, really upmarket and a must for all the family. An evening pass is available in the summer months at a reduced rate and is extremely good value. Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar animal water park are also within easy reach. There are the Caves at Benidoleig and a Safari Park within easy driving distance.

Restaurants, Bars and Cafes

This property is very well located within each reach of several beautiful sandy beaches, lively bars and cafes. There is also the Marina which is very cosmopolitan, again, with many good reasonably prices restaurants. There is the old village of Moraira, with its picturesque, narrow streets, tapas bars, shops, market etc. The evenings are delightful with many stalls selling jewellery, local crafts etc. At certain times during the summer months there are the local Fiestas such as the Moors and Christians, which is a great spectacle and should not be missed.

Golf Courses etc

Golf Courses, Water sports, and Bowling etc. There are golf courses, which have excellent driving ranges etc. La Sella is particularly good which is 18 holes, designed by a top golf pro. Javea is 9 holes at the moment, but will be extended to 18 holes in the near future, and of course St Jaime Golf Course at Moraira, which is just a short drive away. We have 2 excellent bowls clubs which are great meeting places, both having restaurant and bars. Water sports - Jet Skiing etc area available at the beach area.
