Set in a beautiful location with views over the gardens, large shared swimming pool and towards the Mediterranean Sea. This spacious, air-conditioned (hot/cold) property is positioned on a private, gated complex of 22. To make the most of the winter months, there is now a newly installed log burning stove. Access to the villa is through a secluded garden furnished with patio table, chairs and sun loungers. Downstairs, there is a large open plan lounge/dining room with TV (a list of available channels is provided at the villa) plus Video/DVD, fully equipped modern kitchen and downstairs toilet/shower room with a washing machine. Upstairs, the king-size master bedroom leads out onto a sun terrace affording beautiful views of the surrounding area and overlooking the pool. The two further bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes and ample storage. The second bedroom also has a small TV/DVD. The main bathroom has bath/shower, toilet, wash-hand basin and vanity unit.

The airports of Alicante and Valencia are approx 1hr away. They are both easily accessible via a motorway road. Taxi and/or car hire company details are available on request. The cosmopolitan town of Moraira is situated in an unspoilt corner of the Costa Blanca. With its well-kept blue flag sandy beach, promenade, stylish marina and exclusive boutiques. There are no high rise commercial or domestic developments to detract from its charm. The villa is situated 5 mins drive from the town centre. Although there is a small complex offering a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants, tennis & crazy golf only a convenient 10/15 mins walk away. Moraira itself has an abundance of restaurants to suit everyone’s palates. Bars have a more relaxing ambiance and children are welcome everywhere. A short drive away is the sandy cove of El Portet and the larger towns of Javea, Calpe & Denia are within easy access. Benidorm with its shopping mall, water and theme parks, is only 30 mins drive

Additional information about rental rates

  • Generous discounts are available for long term winters lets - details on request. The costs indicated are for the rental of the villa for up to 6 persons, including the use of bed linen, towels (for internal use), water and electricity. For stays in excess of 7 days there will be a mid-term laundry clean. If air-conditioning (hot & cold) is required, this will be an additional charge of £30 per week. We require a 20% deposit on confirmation of the booking. The balance of the rental to be paid 8 weeks prior to the holiday. A refundable damage deposit of £100 to be paid with the final balance. Travel cot and high chair can be provided and must be requested at the time of booking.

Notes: A travel cot and high chair can be provided and must be requested at the time of booking. There is a well equipped kitchen with ample crockery, glass, cutlery for six people and also includes electric toaster, kettle, iron and dishwasher. Outside there is a gas BBQ. There is satellite (approx 15 channels) TV and a DVD, there is a large selection of films at the villa or they can be rented from Moraira. There is also a small TV/DVD in the 2nd bedroom. All bed linen and towels are provided, please supply your own beach/pool towels. Clean laundry is made available each week (no maid service). A free welcome pack will also be supplied.

Beautiful Villa, fab holiday!

We had a fantastic time at this villa, it is very child and baby friendly with lots of toys and DVD's to keep them entertained. The fact that it is situated on a secure complex is very reassuring for families with young children. Every need is catered for and I could not find fault with anything. The villa is very clean and comfortable. I would definately recommend this to anyone looking for a nice relaxing holiday in the gorgeous town of Moraira. 10 out of 10!!
