Set in a prime location just a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Moraira, this detached villa offers spacious accommodation with a traditional Spanish feel. The property features beamed ceilings and tuscan arches indoors as well as extensive gardens & terraced areas, with private parking on a large driveway adjacent to the gated entrance. Accommodation consists of a large living room with Tuscan stone fireplace, dining area, fitted kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Through French doors from the living room there is a large covered terrace, leading onto the garden, terrace and pool area. The bedrooms consist of,Two doubles, two twins. There are also four bathrooms.

Notes: Outside there is a large area for sun-bathing situated around a rectangular pool (9 metres x 4 metres) which has roman steps. There is also a gas BBQ, external kitchen with hob, sink & fridge and a covered dining area . The poolside terrace and covered naya are generously supplied with furniture. In the corner of the garden there is a jacuzzi, which guests are welcome to use. These are great locations for eating and drinking or just relaxing and soaking up the sun.

MORAIRA: Be it an energetic or relaxing holiday, Moraira has it all, and is ideally placed for all water sports, golf, tennis, bowls and walking - or simply relaxing in the sun. This area has several attractive beaches, colourful local markets and interesting places to visit within thirty minutes drive. Dining out is well catered for with restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and pockets. Add to this the friendliness of the Spanish people, the beauty and temperate climate of this region and you have the makings of a super holiday. Approximate airport distances form Moraira: Alicante - 90 km (60 mins) and Valencia - 125 km (80 mins).

Golf: All year round golf where you can choose from six local courses, between 10 and 50 minutes drive, including one designed by Jose Maria Olazabal and another by Sebastian Ballesteros. Green fees from 21 euros (approximately £14.00) for 9 holes.

Firstly, the images did not do the property justice! The villa was so much bigger than the images were lead to believe. Everything was catered for in terms of furniture (inc outdoor) and appliances, with a nice size tv and lounge area. Air-conditioning in everry bedroom made it much more pleasant and bedrooms were big with each room having it's own wardrobe.
There are 2 supermarkets close by with everything you will need. and shops & restaurants were only a 10 minute walk away.
Shirley provided an excellent customer service and even had a welcome board with detailed information on using the appliances and useful numbers.
Our overall experience at Casa Tara was superb and we would definately recommend this villa for anyone with 6-8 people.
