Situated in a select and quiet residential area of Moraira in an elevated position, with beautiful views over the valley and sea, Casa Julieta is set on a large plot with mature gardens & private pool which receives the sun all day. Just 3 minutes drive from Moraira, where there are sandy beaches, shops, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants. The property is fully enclosed ensuring a safe environment for children, and parking is behind locked gates. Fully air conditioned throughout, with satellite TV with all English channels, the property has a good selection of DVDs and games for all ages. The property will accommodate 11, split over 2 floors linked by an internal staircase, therefore making it ideal for families and friends sharing, but each having there own independent accommodation. Rentals can be for either 3 or 5 bedrooms.

Moraira is an exclusive resort situated on the Northern Costa Blanca, approximately 1 hours drive from Alicante airport. It has one of the best climates in Europe and is ideal for all year round holidays. The area combines rugged mountains and white sandy beaches, with plenty to do for all ages, including a number of golf courses, and the theme park Terra Mittica being only 20 minutes drive. The town has numerous shops and restaurants to suit all tastes, and there are many beaches in the area, some providing water sports in high season. Guest Comments: 'The villa was really well equiped , clean and suited our needs perfectly. We had three families staying here and never once felt on top of each other. The town had a nice array of bars and restaurants and the villa was just far enough away for peace and quiet but close enough for easy access. We never felt overlooked by any of the adjacent properties and the pool area was perfect for our needs The owner Martin was an excellent communicator and we could not fault it in any way.
