Situated in a quiet residential area yet just 200 metres to the nearest bar and 1 kilometre to the pretty Platgetes beach. The main Moraira beach with further shops and restaurants is a short stroll beyond. Three spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fans - 1 king size double with en-suite bathroom and 2 twins plus a shower room. Comfortable air conditioned living room with dining alcove. Satelite TV/Video DVD/CD player. Separate kitchen with ceiling fan, fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and extra fridge! Separate laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. Covered Naya (veranda) with patio furniture and view across Moraira to the watch tower on Cap d'Or. The villa is situated in a quiet part of Moraira, yet within easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Moraira is a most attractive fishing village on the Costa Blanca set in the most convenient place to visit the other attractive towns in the area. Javea and Denia to the North or Calpe and Altea to the South, plus the fascinating Jalon valley to the West with its vineyards, almond groves and many small villages. About half an hours drive to the South will bring you to Benidorm with its choice of theme parks: Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and the most recent, Terra Natura. A very short drive from the villa will take you up into the mountains to some of the most spectacular scenery you could imagine. A booklet including maps and details of scenic drives and delightful coastal walks will be left in the villa for your arrival.

Notes: Villa Mimosa's covered terrace (Naya) is a particularly attractive feature. It is equipped with a large table and 6 chairs for outdoor living and for eating alfresco. Overlooking the pool and poolside sunbathing area, it has a views across Moraira to Cap 'Dor with its ancient watch tower. Inside, the villa is much more spacious than most. Inside the attractive dining alcove has a hatch connecting it to the separate kitchen. There is also a separate laundry room which has a washing machine plus an iron and ironing board. A large selection of novels and a few board games are available. THERE ARE SIX SUN LOUNGERS TO ENABLE ALL VISITORS TO RELAX BY THE POOL WHENEVER THEY WANT.

'This was our fifth visit to the Moraira area & this was by far the best villa we have rented. Both the bathrooms and bedrooms are very comfortably appointed. The kitchen was well used & having two fridges proved usefull. The laundry area was the best we have used with lots of littlr extras.'

A lovely villa

We have recently returned from the villa after a delightful two week stay. The villa is very clean and well maintained with everything one would need by way of equipment. We arrived quite late at night, so the welcome pack was very welcome.
The owners were very helpful and provided us with lots of information prior to our arrival. I felt that nothing was too much trouble for them, including the safe return to England of the hat that my husband left at the villa!!
It is a pleasant walk down to the centre. A little more arduous on return but what a nice place to return to. We made good use of the pool and the barbeque. Mostly we dined in. We like to use the local produce and enjoyed many relaxed hours on the nayafollowing our meals. We shall have fond memories for a long time to come. We, the senior citizens of the group used to pop to Bar 21 sometimes in the afternoon. That was very peaceful. We also took advantage of the curry night at Bar 21 which was a jolly occasion for the whole family.
Never having been to this part of Spain previously, we were quite taken by surprise at how beautiful the scenery is and had several trips up and down the coast but were always happy to return to the lovely Villa Mimosa.
I would recommend the villa to young and old alike. It is truly a delightful place.

A wonderful stay

Firstly, the photos do not do this pace justice; it's much bigger and it is a lovely, very well maintained property.

The attention to detail from the King's is fantastic. We arrived at midnight, stressed and all of the stuff that a young family heaps on you after a day of travelling. To find a bottle of beer waiting for us in the fridge, let alone provisions for breakfast, tea and coffee etc, was such a wonderful surprise.
Pool is great.
Aircon saves lives.
Satellite TV was good and had most coverage, although we did not watch TV too much.
Rooms big and spacious.
Kitchen well equipped with all of the things you need, although the kettle was the slowest on earth!

Only comment: Yes it is genuinely only a KM from Moraira, but it is uphill and therefore a bit too much for younger or older guests to get to and from the town. We had both and used the car. Although, I have to say the pool was so lovely, that we did not need to leave the Villa too often and in the evenings we sat under the Naya and drank wine / beer and watched the sun go down.
Great friendly bar around the corner (Bar 21) < 100KM - excellent.
Had a great time, although July and Aug - too hot for me (temp was at the very least mid 30's all the time) and I was very popular with Mozzies too!
If you book you won't regret.
