VILLA INFORMATION: The villa is situated on a residential development away from the more usual holiday - let places in a quiet cul de sac. The villa is professionally cared for by a local English owned and run villa management company. They will be on hand throughout the duration of your stay if required to assist you with any query or problem that might arise, plus they will give you lots of information about the area, what to do & where to go Their accommodation is on the upper levels of the villa with separate access and grounds. Patios pool and gardens are for your exclusive enjoyment. There are mainly Spanish and German neighbours - friendly but not overwhelming. The drive to the town and beach is through quiet local streets and about 5 minutes away. It can be walked for a nice refreshing change and there are local taxis in the main square to ferry you back to the villa or we can arrange to pick you up. There is a first class restaurant within walking distance as well as a local bar

GOLF/BOWLING INFORMATION: Moraira is a golfers' haven with 13 courses on the Costa Blanca.,within close proximity of the villa and up to a maximum of 1 hours drive. Club de Golf Iflach is within a 5 min drive of the villa & is a 9 hole par 60 course, short but deceptively tricky! Others include - Club de Golf Javea - 9 holes - Club de Golf la Sella, Denia, 18 holes - Club de Golf Olivia Nova, Olivia 18 holes - Club de Golf El Saler, Valencia -18 holes- Club de Golf Don Cayo, Altae 9 holes - Club de Golf Bonalba 18 holes - Club de Golf San Juan, San Juan 18 holes....and so it goes on..... .Bowling on the Costa Blanca - Currently there ae 11 bowling clubs in the area:affiliated to the Costa Blanca Bowls Association .THE JAVEA GREEN BOWLS CLUB is, close to Moraira. There are 6 rinks with artificial grass, a comfortable clubhouse with bar and restaurant AND a very friendly atmosphere. For non-members there is a charge which includes the hire of the woods and dress
