This spacious property is located on a private and beautifully kept enclosed complex, just five minutes drive from Moraira and the beach. The property is accessed via a private terrace enclosed with plants and shrubs and direct views of the large communal pool. There is also a BBQ and sun loungers. Downstairs there is a large open plan lounge/dining room with Sky TV, DVD and CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, hob, oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and all cooking utensils. There is also a downstairs toilet/shower room with a washing machine. Upstairs the master bedroom leads out onto a sun terrace, overlooking the pool and surrounding area. The two further bedrooms provide twin beds and bunk beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.Travel cot and high chair are available at no extra cost. However you will need to supply your own cot bedding. The main bathroom has bath/shower, toilet, wash-hand basin and vanity unit. A free welcome pack is also available.

Moraira, approximately an hour from Alicante or Valencia airports, is a clean, bright and unspoilt gem of the Costa Blanca. This seaside town boasts a blue flag fine sandy beach, promenade, marina and many restaurants, bars and shops. A short drive away is the beautiful cove of El Portet. The larger towns of Calpe, Javea, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy access. Approximately ten minutes walk from the villa there is a small complex offering a selection of bars, restaurants, tennis, crazy golf and supermarket. The theme parks and water parks are only 30 mins drive. There are many golf courses to choose from, many only a short drive from Moraira.

A relaxing family holiday

We went to the villa in July/August 09 and we had a really enjoyable stay. The complex got busier as our stay went on but there was never any sense of being crowded. The house is spacious inside and it's fairly traditional design means that it is reasonably cool inside even when the outside temperatures soar towards 40.There is air conditioning but we didn't often need it at night.
The house is well equipped yet uncluttered.
Moraira is a genuinely lovely resort for families - calm and safe but with plenty to do.

went july o9, villa nice, plenty of space everything you need for a relaxing hol. a lot of the other villas were empty so the pool wasnt very busy which was very pleasant, there is a nice bar half way down to moraira and a supermarket, moraira is a lovely place and would definately go back again, a car is recomended though as it is a bit of a pull up the hill when its 30 degrees.

Went to paul and debs place in july 08, and what a holiday we had. We went with a group of freinds who had booked another villa on the same complex. We picked our car up from alicante airport and made the drive to moaira ,took about a hour , no problems with the driving.
The villa itself was absolutely wonderfull with plenty of space and so relaxing.Everything you need is there to use.
The complex itself is very tidy and looked after, it seemed we had the large pool to ourselfs,
Moaira is approx 2km away and i can honestly say is the nicest place in spain i have been to, there is so much to do,the bars and restaurants are very relaxing and have that bit of class about them.
In the day it is very easy to jump in the car and visit a number of nearby beaches which are very much unspoilt.
A number of times we stayed in and put the barby on which was also provided.

On the whole we had a outstanding holiday and was 100% pleased with the villa and moaira,
The only prob we had was.......................we had to come home.
