El Romeral is situated in the private urbanisation known as Pla del Mar in the quiet road of Oceano Artico. THE place to be in Moraira. The villa is so close to the facilities and yet it seems hard to appreciate the quietness and tranquillity of the location. Turn left out of the villa and a brief walk to the town (more of a seaside village) you will find 3 first class beaches, numerous restaurants, designer shops, cafes, street and weekly trade markets. Turn right out the villa and a 10 minute walk will get you to to the glorious bay of El Portet.

New for 2009. We decided to extend the villa to incorporate a first floor, which was originally intended as our own lock away area. However a number of our returning guests asked to see inside and really as a result of them asking for the opportunity of bringing friends away we decided to release the upstairs for all guests. During the summer season weeks the bedroom is included within our asking price so giving guests 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Out of the main weeks the Master Bedroom Suite can be made available. The Bedroom Suite comprises king size double bed, with air conditioning, built in double wardrobe and bedside units and draws. An en suite bathroom complete with bath and separate rounded luxury shower cubicle, glass vanitary unit. Double patio doors open onto the balcony with commanding views of the sea, Moraira bay and Calpe beyond. The balcony leads onto the solarium and the downward spiral staircase leads to the pool and grounds

Great Villa, great Location

Lovely Villa really well equipped and only a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and beaches. The outdoor space is great- our teenagers enjoyed the table tennis and the pool is a good size. The owners were really helpful finding out about tennis courts and recommending restaurants etc. We would definately rent this villa again.

Having stayed here before we had no hesitation in booking again when our friends suggested a relaxing getaway.

The outside area provided numerous relaxing spots, the girls enjoying the pool side sun bathing and cocktails against the sunset and views of the bay and the boys were able to play darts and table tennis without worrying about disrupting their peace and quiet.

There was plenty to keep the eight of us entertained each night. We walked into the town every night where we were greeted with a variety of restaurants and bars. The ice cream parlor at the bottom of the road was much appreciated!

There remained plenty to keep us occupied locally during the day. A short stroll led us to markets, open air dining, beaches, diving and even jet skis!

Since our previous visit the outdoor furniture had been upgraded and there are now citrus fruit trees growing in the garden. We look forward to seeing what has happened when we return next year.
Owner's Response: We continually strive to improve the villa facilities. Yes our outdoor furniture now includes a comfy lounger settee and chairs overlooking the pool. New large round outdoor table and chairs all with a Moroccan theme. An extended patio will be complete for 2009 season

Beautiful El Romeral

This was our second stay at El Romeral and we had a wonderful holiday again!

The villa really has the most welcoming, relaxing atmosphere and most successfully combines a traditional Spanish appearance with all mod cons. Very clean and well-maintained and clearly loved by the family who own it.

Moraira is a lovely, friendly, small town and El Romeral is situated in a beautiful area with quick and easy access to all the local amenities. You can have peaceful seclusion or choose a short stroll down to a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops where you can expect a warm welcome. We even enjoyed going to the supermarket for supplies and the terrace at El Romeral is the perfect place to enjoy your meal (and wine) with friends!

We have no hesitation in recommending El Romeral as everything advertised and more! I have already recommended it to my father for his annual golf tour with five of his friends.

Have a wonderful time - we did!!
