Beautiful detached air-conditioned villa with private pool
Built on the hill side near the pretty coastal town of Moraira, with fantastic views over the surrounding countryside. This self catering holiday villa is beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped. There is a private pool, balcony and patios, plus undercover outdoor eating area and BBQ. The main villa, sleeping 4, comprises of a double air conditioned bedroom with queen size bed, and ensuite shower room, twin bedroom, house bathroom, air conditioned lounge and dining area with English satellite TV, CD, DVD etc. Well equipped modern kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and combination microwave. Sun lounge/Naya with fantastic views and a further eating area. Large balcony, an ideal place to eat outside, enjoy the beautiful views and sunsets. Steps down to the laundry room, pool, patios and undercover eating/BBQ area. The apartment below sleeps 2, and comprises of; bedroom with king size bed, lounge/diner/kitchenette shower room.

The pretty coastal town of Moraira just an hour from Alicante and Valencia in either direction, has the feeling of an enlarged village. It has no high-rise apartments and over the last few years has undergone a beautiful transformation and now hosts plenty of excellent shops, supermarkets and lots of lovely outdoor restaurants and wine bars which look over the marina. There are lovely promenades along the front to the beach. The villa is situated just 5 minutes from the local beaches and Moraira, yet only 10 minutes from the nearest junction of the A7 motorway, and is therefore ideal for exploring the local beaches and coastal resorts such as Javea, Calpe and Denia. There are stunning drives out to the mountains and for the children, many theme parks such as Terramitica, Mundamar and Aqualandia, which are just 40 minutes away in Benidorm.
