Casa Forys is situated in a pretty, privately enclosed complex, just 5 minutes drive from Moraira & the beach. The large communal pool has a good sized shallow area ideal for families with children. There is a private terrace with a direct view of the pool. You enter the house through an enclosed naya & then into a large open plan lounge/dining room with TV/DVD. The fully equipped modern kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer & all the utensils you may require. Downstairs there is a toilet/shower room with a washing machine. Upstairs the main bedroom has a double bed. This room leads onto the terrace which has beautiful views of the surrounding area & overlooks the pool. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The third bedroom has bunk beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is a full bathroom upstairs. The house has electric marble heating for winter lets.
