Casa Stasia is a large detached villa on two levels set in its own quarter acre of secluded Mediterranean garden, including private pool (8x4m). The top level of the villa boasts a large lounge and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. On the ground floor there is a second lounge, kitchen / dinning area, double bedroom with en-suite shower room, two twin bedded rooms, and a separate bathroom. The downstairs lounge leads out on to a covered naya and the pool area. Sun loungers are provided as well as garden table and chairs. There is a built-in barbecue and an outside shower.

Casa Stasia is located in Moraira, in the prestigious residential area of Benimeit. The nearest supermarket, shops and restaurant are a two minute drive away and the fishing village of Moraira with its award winning beaches, restaurants, marina and shops can be reached in just five minutes by car. The villa is centrally heated for those wishing to stay in the winter months. The upstairs lounge has TV, DVD and HiFi. The downstairs lounge has TV and Video. The kitchen has a fridge, cooker, microwave, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The gardens are very private and contain various trees, shrubs and flowers. To the front of the villa (behind locked gates) there is parking space for 3 or 4 cars.

Moraira

The valley of Moraira has no hint of towering hotels and apartment blocks, due to very strict planning controls, and the luscious green countryside is just dotted with whitewashed independent luxury villas and low-rise 'pueblo-style' apartment complexes mingling with pine woods and cultivated vine terraces and orange groves, providing an idyllic setting for those wanting total peace and privacy. The area remains exclusively for villa owners and individuals who prefer and enjoy the independent holiday with home-from-home comforts, as opposed to the package type. The town has pleasantly grown from a small fishing village to an attractive holiday resort retaining its considerable charm that attracts visitors from all over Europe. It has an impressive marina, excellent variety of local shops, weekly open markets, harbour-side fish restaurants and bars still retaining their Spanish character.

Local leisure facilities include 3 large Golf courses, tennis, football, squash, all water sports, boat hire and trips, horse-riding and go-kart racing. There are also many places of interest to visit on day excursions, apart from the other coastal resorts of Javea, Calpe, Denia, Altea, Benidorm, Villajoyosa and Alicante there is also the spectacular scenery to see inland including the wonderful mountain-top fortress of Guadalest, the Vergal Safari Park near Denia and Europe's largest palm forest at Elche. In fact the whole area is ideal for those who enjoy walking, cycling or climbing. Just 45 minutes drive away are the lively resort of Benidorm, Terra Mitica (Spain’s answer to Disneyland) and Aqualandia Water Park. There are numerous Fiestas held in this region throughout the year with specific ones held in April, June, July and November in Moraira.
