The villa is set in large quiet & secluded pretty gardens with own pool. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac makes it safe for children. The villa is set on the side of the El Portet hills facing south. Accommodation is over two floors - both entirely self contained for privacy. The drive has parking for 3 cars and leads to steps up to a covered naya with living room incorporating a leather sofa and sofa bed, plus two further bedrooms - double and twin, new luxury bathroom, kitchen which leads down steps to a garden and patio to the rear. Separate studio accommodation on the ground floor includes a combined sleeping/dining area with kitchenette. There's a double bed with a bunk-bed room to the rear. There's a bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink and washing machine. Also to the rear is a large patio with BBQ overlooking the pool for al fresco eating with furniture, large umbrella and sun loungers. This is ideal accommodation for 2 families wishing to holiday together.

El Portet has a superb sheltered sandy beach and an attractive promenade, two restaurants and bars, a small supermarket and is comparatively quiet compared to Moraira. Moraira enjoys an enviable climate all year round with cool sea breezes in Summer and is a land privileged by its golden sandy beaches and inland where lush green valleys of fertile orchards contrast with mountains. Moraira is under an hour's drive from Alicante or just over and hour from Valencia. The area is devoid of high buildings or big hotels and consist primarily of privately owned villas. Small enchanting coves cover the area and even in high season these provide a quiet corner to enjoy your stay. Popular markets take place every Wednesday at Teulada and every Friday at Moraira from 8 am to 3 pm. Enjoy a walk along the 8 km coastline along its delightful beaches and coves from El Portet, l'Ampolla to L'Andrago

TERRA MITICA THEME PARK is similar to Eurodisney but better layout with ease of accessibility from one theme to the next. This park is based on themes from Iberia, Egypt, Greece and Rome providing various shows from gladiator fights, Cleopatra's spell, Andulasian Horse, Flamengo and other dances will entertain adults as well as youngsters. Numerous roller coasters from giant to small, various fun carousels, bumper cars, water slides and adventure in spectacular simulators. AQUALANDIA WATER PARK This water park with giant water rides is great fun

There are also caves to visit; Cuevas de Canelobre. Fuentas del Algas are some excellent waterfalls and worth a visit. There are two safari parks both with 45 minutes drive, one being Vergel Safari park on the way to Oliva.

TERRA NATURA is a combined safari style park with Zip rides and a large water park for children of all ages. Well worth a visit for a family day out. MUNDOMAR MARINE PARK, in Benidorm area provides entertaining shows with display of parrots and other exotic birds, giant seals and spectacular dolphin shows.
