This charming villa is situated on the out skirts of Moraira and as stunning views of the valley and sea, this is an Ideal spot for a relaxing holiday and has lovely breezes in the hot summer months. The villa as been tastefully furnished and has two double bedrooms one with a nice terrace with easy chairs Ideal for relaxing, enjoying morning coffee or that quite Spanish siesta. large new modern shower with large shower toilet and vanity nice kitchen and dinning room, and small sitting room. Out side is a new pool with lovely views from the pool side terrace, this villa is ideal for couples and family's who wish to have a lazy holiday. Moraira is approx 4 kilometers drive and 2km to large supermarket, bars restaurants etc. 2.4 km to the large Pepi La Sal shopping complex with bars, restaurants, banks etc which is situated on the main coast road

Nearest Airport: Alicante at 80 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 4.0 Kilometres

Moraira has four beaches, each very different in character from the others. The beach of El Portet is the northernmost of these, being situated at the end of a sheltered shell-shaped bay, quiet with clear water and a gently sloping seabed, being ideal and safe for swimming. The town beach, or L'Ampolla, is a large sandy beach with a play area and restaurants. Platgetes is quieter and partly sand/partly rock; and L'Andrago is a boulder beach, ideal for snorkelling. Both to the north and south of Moraira there are many secluded bays and coves well worth exploring. Water sports that can be enjoyed include swimming, snorkelling, scuba-diving, jet skiing, windsurfing, and for the less energetic, sunbathing. The three main beaches are all European blue flagged, and zoned and life guarded so that various activities can be enjoyed safely. Other sports include walking, climbing, cycling and horse-riding.

Information brochure of the villa and surrounding area is supplied, 24 hr emergency service while you are on holiday.
  • A none refundable deposit of £150 is required to secure booking, and balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival date.

    More than 8 weeks prior to arrival- no charge.
    4-8 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of total rental rate.
    2-4 weeks prior to arrival - 75% of total rental rate.
    Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival - 100% of total rental rate.

Have just spent a wonderful week here. The pool and views were to die for. Beautiful area. Lovely villa. Would love to visit again another time. Car is a must though.
