Casa Bonita is a lovely 2 bedroom, privately owned property in a select residential area Approximately 3km to the main coast road to Moraira and easy access to neighboring towns and villages. Set in a lovely private gardens with your own 10 x 5 private swimming pool with plenty of terrace space for sun bathing. The villa is south facing and has sun all day. It is a wonderful place for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. It is just a short drive to the Pepe Le Sal supermarket complex which is situated on the main coast road with plenty of restaurants and local beach at Baladra. There are two bedrooms both with twin beds, comfortably furnished lounge with Sat TV BBC, ITV etc. DVD player with a selection of films. A modern American style kitchen and separate sunny dinning room and new modern bathroom. Casa Bonita is on a flat plot with just four steps on to terrace. Fully C/heated for the winter months. The villa is very popular for couples and small families.

Moraira town, once a quiet fishing village, has safe sandy beaches, many bars, restaurants and shops, a large marina, and a local fish market. In addition to the popular beaches in Moraira there are many small and interesting coves along this stretch of the coast. Many months throughout the year villages hold their own week long ' Fiestas' with spectacular fire work displays. There are also many historic buildings and churches to visit and local Wineries, where yo can sample the wine.
