This charming townhouse is situated on a lovely urbanization very close to Moraira town centre & beaches & is perfect for a family holiday. A private sun terrace with patio furniture & BBQ, overlooks the large communal pool & well maintained gardens. On the ground floor of the property there is a beautifully furnished lounge/dining area & a separate fully fitted, equipped kitchen. On this level there is 1 double bedroom with fitted wardrobes & a separate shower room. On the first floor you will find a further double bedroom with wardrobes & its own balcony overlooking the pool, a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes & a separate bathroom. The property has air-conditioning in the living room and the downstairs bedroom & is equipped with satellite TV & DVD player.

Moraira is a beautiful, small coastal town with a cosmopolitan feel. Amongst the narrow cobbled streets there is a great choice of restaurants, cafés bars & shops. The impressive marina is surrounded by restaurants where you can sample the catch of the day. There are 2 well maintained sandy beaches offering water sports, a small fairground to keep children entertained in the evening. There are 3 excellent golf courses in and around Moraira. There is an open air market held every Friday. Moraira boasts 325 sunny days each year & average temperatures easily exceed 20 degrees.
