Casa Biche is situated in a sort after area of Moraira & is only a 15-20 min walk or a short drive from the picturesque town & beaches. It has recently been refurbished to a very high standard & refurnished throughout. The villa is on 2 levels & on the top level there are 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin & 1 single with bunk beds. There is a separate bathroom with a large shower. The lounge area leads to a spacious glazed naya with dining area & onto a balcony from which you can enjoy the spectacular sea views. The separate kitchen is modern & fully equipped including a large fridge /freezer, dishwasher & washing machine. Downstairs you will find the exquisite master bedroom complete with walk in wardrobe & a beautiful, large ensuite bathroom. The villa has a gorgeous private heated pool which can be used all year round, terrace & BBQ area with plenty of space to enjoy the sunshine & stunning views. This villa is in a perfect location with unrivalled panoramic views.

Moraira is a beautiful, small coastal town with a cosmopolitan feel. Amongst the narrow cobbled streets there is a great choice of restaurants, cafés bars & shops. The impressive marina is surrounded by restaurants where you can sample the catch of the day. There are 2 well maintained sandy beaches offering water sports, a small fairground to keep children entertained in the evening. There are 3 excellent golf courses in and around Moraira. There is an open air market held every Friday. Moraira boasts 325 sunny days each year & average temperatures easily exceed 20 degrees.

We stayed in Casa Biche during the last week of July and had the most wonderful time. The villa was so stylish and sparklingly clean we felt like we were in a house from a Sunday magazine.
The downstairs bedroom was huge with en-suite and a huge walk in closet and the other double was a good size too, with a large family bathroom. The lounge again was gorgeous, flat screen TV and UK tele (inc Sky Sports for those matches, apparently that 'he' can't miss), and the kitchen was as well equipped as mine from home. Do you remember years ago when you didn't even get a kettle!
But the best is teh view, when you walk through the front foor and enter the lounge it literally takes your breathe away....and at night with a glass of wine and the moon rising over Moraira is just so relaxing...I want to live there one week is not enough!
Moraira is a loevly town too, the beaches are lovely and there are plenty are coves nearby too.
Owner's Response: These renters left the villa as they found it immaculate!
They are right the veiws are breathtaking and now its got a heated pool it can be used all year round.
