Dorotea is a beautiful rustic style four bedroom villa with sea views and large pool. The property is located in the much sought after resort of Moraira and is situated in an elevated position. There are views over the blue waters of Moraira bay towards an ancient light house and the Cabo de Nao headland. Guests will enjoy the gentle summer breezes that the location offers, whilst being able to relax in the private walled gardens of this enchanting property. There is a 10 x 5 metre pool bordered by large sun terraces as well as a dual aspect, shaded naya, where you can dine alfresco in one of the best locations on the Costa Blanca. The villa has been built in the traditional Valencian style with rustic beams and arches, with the reception opening through to the living room, dining room and study. There can be no better place to enjoy a candle lit meal or glass of wine whilst relaxing after a hot day on the sandy beaches of this attractive resort.

  • Rental rates also provide for cleaning prior to arrival. To ensure that the property can be prepared in time for the next client, please leave it as you would expect to find it. Check in time after 3:30pm, departure by 10:00am. Details of how to find us and a map will be supplied when the balance has been received.
  • Specific dates can be reserved by clicking on the contact owner button, where we will then be able to give you details of how to reserve on line. Once a booking is made you will receive an email confirming your booking request and setting out how and when to pay. Your booking will be confirmed when 30% of the total rental has been received. The balance together with a refundable deposit of Euros 400 should be paid 6 weeks prior to the start of your stay. If your booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit will be returned by transfer after final inspection, within 1 week of departure.
  • Please note that there is a cleaning surcharge of 5% for single week occupation in high season.

  • The master bedroom leads off from the reception, as do the other two double bedrooms on this floor, all of which are unusually large by Spanish standards, having been extended during recent renovations. The bedrooms are furnished in a Mediterranean style and are light and airy, with air conditioning and ceiling fans. There are French doors which lead out from the master bedroom to a private balcony, also with views over the bay. All of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and each one has a special character, being tastefully decorated with pretty wall prints, mirrors and cane furniture.

la villa dorotea est une maison charmante, spacieuse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Nous y avons passé d'excellentes vacances.
La piscine est très bien entretenue ainsi que le reste de la maison d'ailleurs. Le quartier est très calme et on est à seulement 5 mn des plages et du centre ville/port.
c'est vraiment un endroit super pour les vacances
