The villa is idea for two families travelling together having two self-contained apartments. On the ground floor, from the entrance hallway there is a spacious living room with an open fireplace, a separate fitted kitchen, one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. On the first floor, accessed by an external staircase, which leads to a balcony, there is a second apartment with one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a family bathroom, a shower room, a living / dining room and a separate kitchen. The villa benefits from all modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven. Entertainment is provided by way of a Satellite TV, DVD Player and a Music system.

It was not that long ago since holidaymakers discovered the sleepy little fishing village of Moraira with its variety of gorgeous stony and sandy beaches that can be found both in the town itself and along the coastline. At that time, the villagers´ main livelihood was fishing, and their main diet consisted of eating the fish they caught. Today the system remains as it has been for hundreds of years; the fishermen go to sea in the early hours of the morning to catch the produce, which is sold later that day by auction at the traditional fish market. This market has grown over the years, and is now one of the most important fish markets in the Costa Blanca region. Our Moriara villa holiday rentals are located approximately 93km from Alicante (ALC) Airport and 130km from Valencia Airport.

We feel this villa is only really suitable for the fit and able otherwise a car is essential. The walk to the beech is along a very busy road with no paths and you all had to walk single file, not at all suitable for the young. The Villa itself is set up a very steep hill and if you are not fit this would be a problem. Although we knew there was no air con we did expect ceiling fans and there was none only 2 electric fans with 6 bedrooms so sleeping was very difficult as it got very hot. We thought the villa was a little grubby and the beds were extremely uncomfortable and noisy at any movement, the dishwasher oven and washing machine were upstairs which is not at all convenient. The downstairs shower does not attach anywhere to a wall so you had to hold it and wash with one hand, the upstairs showers were both very small. We had no problems with bugs or roaches so this was good only one resident lizard.
The town of Moraira is lovely and we found some very nice places to eat and drink.
