This villa is located in the Llobella area of Moraira along the coastal road between Moraira and Calpe. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, covered terrace with sea views and a private pool with outside shower. There is a small rock-beach at about 600meters from the villa which can be used by the people living in this urbanization. The larger beaches are found in Moraira and Calpe. The villa is located in a very quiet area about 4 km from the town of Moraira.

Moraira used to be a small fishing town but has grown into a popular holiday destination over the years. Even though a lot of changes have occurred, the town of Moraira was able to keep the Spanish style of living. There are several small beaches found along the coastal road between Moraira and Calpe. On these different beaches you can enjoy a day in the sun, snorkelling and at some of them you can enjoy a day of windsurfing. In the town you will find several different restaurants that serve both international and national food, shops and bars. The larger supermarkets are found on the outskirts of the town. There are also tennis courts and several small golf courses in the area.

  • Administration and final cleaning costs will be added to the rental price.
    The 1st week linen packets, electricity and water costs are included in the rental price. Linen change can be ordered upon arrival at our office at a price of 12 Euros per person and week.
    On arrival day the villa will be ready at 16.00 and on departure date the villa needs to be vacated at 10.00
  • On the day of arrival we ask for a € 500 Euros damage deposit which will only be used for large damages and will be returned to you 1 week after the departure date.
