Villa Lolita is probably one of the best villas for rent in the Morarira area. Situated in the sought after area of sol park. The villa is set on a private plot of 900 square meters and is only a couple of mins walk to amenities. There are 2 master bedrooms making it ideal for 2 families wanting to share. Upstairs bedroom 1 has a king size bed walk in wardrobes full en suite bathroom and large balcony with stunning views, bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and bedroom 4 has a king size bed full en suite bathroom and balcony with stunning views of the sea and town. There is also a further bathroom for bedrooms 2 & 3 to share. Down stairs is bedroom 5 with a king size bed, and another bathroom. The living room and dining room are very spacious and open plan with 3 sets of french windows leading on to the beautiful pool area. There is a separate utility area off the kitchen. The Kitchen has all mod cons and french windows leading on to the pool area.

Villa Lolita is situated in the beautiful town of Moraira that has 2 beautiful blue flag sandy beaches, there are some beautiful bars and restaurants in the town and plenty of boutiques, the marina has some of the best fish restaurants around. There are several golf courses and the award winning la Sella golf course and the five star marriott hotel and spa are just 20 mins drive. Benidorm is 30 mins drive here you will find the terra Mittica theme park Aqualandia water park and terra Natura nature park.
