This Holiday Home is situated in a lovely well established leafy area of Moraira less than 2km from the Beach. It has been renovated to a very high standard, is immaculate throughout and has breathtaking panoramic Sea views. The accommodation on offer is the Upper Level of a Private Villa and comprises of entrance into a bright and sunny glazed Naya with Dining Area leading to a spacious airy lounge and compact well equipped Kitchen. Master Bedroom with open and pool views and en-suite Shower, Twin Bedded Room and further Bedroom with full height Single Bed and pull out Bed sharing a further Family Shower Room. Holiday Guests will have full use of the Private Pool and BBQ. The Villa has ample terracing for Sun Bathing and Al Fresco Dining. Air Conditioning is provided in the Lounge and Master Bedroom and Oil Filled Radiators are available for out of season guests. THE LOWER LEVEL IS USED SOLELY BY THE OWNERS WHO WILL NOT BE IN RESIDENCE DURING PEAK SUMMER PERIOD DATES OF JULY & AUGUST.

The Accommodation has 3 Bedrooms and a Cot can be provided if required to sleep a maximum of 7 Guests including a Baby. The Lower Level is used purely by the Villa Owners and is not therefore offered for Holiday Rental. Moraira & Javea
The Holiday accommodation on offer is situated less than 2km from the beaches of Moraira and approx 8km from Javea. Both Towns boast Beautiful Coastlines, spectacular Mountain ranges and a relatively unspoilt and quiet ambiance. Moraira lies in a bay and is ideal for all year round visiting. It offers a wide variety of Shops and Historic Buildings and has an array of roadside Cafes, Bars and Restaurants along a brightly lit Promenade which is excellent for having a relaxing drink in the Evenings. Javea has three main areas, the Historic Old Town with its white house fronts and cobbled streets, the traditional Fishing Port with its own Marina and the Arenal the bustling heart with a beautiful Sandy Beach and a promenade of Shops, Bars and Restaurants facing the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. Both Moraira and Javea offer a wide range of entertainment for all ages and each Town has a weekly Market. The spectacular Fiestas begin in June and continue throughout the Summer Months.

The Property is less than One Hours Drive from Benidorm which has many attractions for all ages including ´Mundomar´an Animal Water Park, Áqualandia´a Themed Swimming Park and ´Terra Mitica´a large Fun Park boasting some of the largest rides in Europe with the new Terra Natura Zoological Park next door. The picturesque historic village of Guadalest set in the mountains is a place not to be missed along with the ´Waterfalls of Algar¨, other nearby Towns include Calpe with its well known ´Calpe Rock´jutting out from the Sea, Benissa, Teulada and Denia.
