Villa SOFIA is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa located in the Moravit area of Moraira. In 2 of the bedrooms the 2 single beds have been setup next to each other making them large double beds, in the 3rd bedroom the 2 single beds are setup separately. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath and the other with a shower unit. The living room and dining room are located in one room with a fire place and TV with German satellite system. Closed kitchen with large fridge/freezer, gas cooking and electric oven. Outside you will find: covered terrace with table and 4 chairs, stairs towards the private pool area, 4 sun chairs, parking for 2 cars, washing machine located in the garage. The villa is located at a distance of 5 minutes from the town and main beach of Moraira.

Moraira used to be a small fishing town but has grown into a popular holiday destination over the years. Even though a lot of changes have occurred, the town of Moraira was able to keep the Spanish style of living. There are several small beaches found along the coastal road between Moraira and Calpe. On these different beaches you can enjoy a day in the sun, snorkelling and at some of them you can enjoy a day of windsurfing. In the town you will find several different restaurants that serve both international and national food, shops and bars. The larger supermarkets are found on the outskirts of the town. There are also tennis courts and several small golf courses in the area.

The 1st week linen packets, electricity and water costs are included in the rental price. Linen change can be ordered upon arrival at our office.
On arrival day the villa will be ready at 16.00 and on departure date the villa needs to be vacated at 10.00.

On the day of arrival we ask for a € 500 Euros damage deposit which will only be used for large damages and will be returned to you 1 week after the departure date.
