Villa Baladrar is located in a urbanization called Baladrar in Moraira. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining area with a table for 4 people, terrace from where you have wonderful views towards the San Jaime Golf Course. The villa has a private pool, large terrace around the pool and parking for 2 cars. The villa is located about 1.5 km from the “Cap Blanc” commercial center where you will find a supermarket, bars and restaurants, bank, hairdresser and doctor. The town and main beach of Moraira are about 3 km from the villa.

Moraira used to be a small fishing town but has grown into a popular holiday destination over the years. Even though a lot of changes have occurred, the town of Moraira was able to keep the Spanish style of living. There are several small beaches found along the coastal road between Moraira and Calpe. On these different beaches you can enjoy a day in the sun, snorkelling and at some of them you can enjoy a day of windsurfing. In the town you will find several different restaurants that serve both international and national food, shops and bars. The larger supermarkets are found on the outskirts of the town. There are also tennis courts and several small golf courses in the area.

  • On the day of arrival the villa will be ready at 16.00 and on the day of departure the villa needs to be vacated no later then 10.00.
  • On the day of arrival we ask for a damage deposit of 500 Euros which is used for large damages only and will be returned within 1 week after the departure date.
