Casa Amarilla is a villa located in the tranquil vineyards of the romantic fishing town of Moraira; the jewel of the Costa Blanca. Rub shoulders with the rich and famous as they escape the clamor of Puerto Banus! Recently renovated in a contemporary style, Casa Amarilla has a light airy living space with patio doors opening directly onto a sun-drenched pool terrace complete with a desirable 'Cocino Verano' (a Spanish outside kitchen area complete with barbeque and fridge). From the terrace, you can relax with a sangria, whilst gazing across the 8X4 metre pool down to the neighbouring villas nestling amongst the palm trees and beautiful bougainvillea bushes. The Kitchen is modern and has an oven, gas hob, fridge freezer and microwave. Utility room with Washing machine, The lounge has two sofas, and English Sky TV. Two double bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom with toilet, bath and handbasin, the third bedroom has a hand basin, single bed, futon,and Z-bed (if required).

Moraira is a beautiful fishing town nestling at the tip of the Cap d'Or peninsular. Surrounded by breathtaking mountains, and a beautiful coastline, it has an abundance of restaurants and bars to suit all budgets and all tastes. Within 20 minutes drive of Moraira you can find yourself in either one of the coastal towns of Javea or Calpe, each very different in character, yet both boasting a fishing port, an old historic centre, and, like Moraira, beautiful blue-flag beaches. A 20 minute drive inland, however, will place you in the Jalon Valley, renowned for vineyards, orange orchards and almond groves. Although a world away, Benidorm is only half an hour away by motorway. Here you can savour the nightlife, bars, restaurants and shops - not to mention one of 4 theme parks. A 20 minute drive inland from Benidorm takes you to the famous medieval mountain fortress of Guadalest. The fabulous historic city of Valencia is just over an hour away by car, or by train from Gandia.

My family and I have just returned from this lovely villa.The advert for it is very acurate,and the family that rent it out for 2 months are very accommadating.The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival,excellent directions too.We have been to Moraira a few times but this was by far the best.Highly recommended,we had a lovely holiday.

We stayed here for 2 weeks this year, I must say that for a family of 5 , including 2 teenage girls, the property has everything we needed provided for us. It as exceptionally clean, very spacious, and ideal for us.
We had a fantastic time and would be straight in touch if we went back to this area.
