Our villa is set in a quiet residential area of Moraira, only 10 minutes' walk to the nearest sandy beach. Moraira is the jewel in the crown of the Costa Blanca, the coast that stretches from Valencia to Alicante on the Mediterranean coast. Alicante and Valencia airports are one hour's drive. Villa Casa Blanca is set in a quiet cul-de-sac ten minutes stroll through quiet lanes of oleander, bougainvillea and pines to the nearest beach and restaurants. Cafés, restaurants, shops, sandy beaches safe for children, gorgeous mountain scenery, traditional Spanish villages, arts-and-crafts markets are just minutes from Casa Blanca with its spectacular pool and sun terrace.   • **These rates are net rental rates. To make costs and charges more transparent we have broken down charges into (i) rent for the villa and (ll) local costs which are also only payable locally and which can vary depending on the season and the number of people in your party. Local costs are cleaning and preparation (130 Euro per visit), water, gas and electricity charges which are higher in the winter when central heating is in use (from 8 Euro per day to 15 Euro per day in winter). We offer an optional service of bedding and bathroom towels which cost us 13 Euro per head to supply. Many people are happy to bring their own and thus avoid this charge. Naturally we provide blankets or duvets in the winter. Please ask for details and booking terms
  • *Normally our bookings run Saturday to Saturday, but we are happy to take mid-week bookings out of season, which can often mean cheaper flights for you. We will be as flexible as possible to meet your travel plans, especially out of season or if you are booking at short notice. You are welcome to ask and we will do our best to help where we can.
  • ** Reservation procedures:We ask for a £200 downpayment to secure your booking. The balance of your house rent is payable one calendar month before your arrival in Casa Blanca. On arrival, you may be asked for a deposit against accidental damange refundable on your departure. ** Well behaved pets (with well-behaved owners) are welcomed.

Notes: The villa is ideal for two families, who want to spend time and eat together while retaining some privacy. Each floor is a complete 2-bedroom apartment with its own living room, kitchen, and bathroom. From the first floor living room, there is immediate access to the sun terrace, swimming pool, dining porch and Spanish-tiled barbecue. From downstairs, there are open steps to the pool and terrace. Upstairs, Casa Blanca has a dining-living room, one double and one twin-bedded bedroom, attractive shower/bathroom with bidet and fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher. The downstairs apartment has a large living room with double sofabed and is even cooler in the heat of the day. The bedrooms are twin-bedded. There is a simple kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower. There is a shaded garden with pines, a washing machine and drying facilites. The house is well equipped and comfortably furnished with local wood and rattan furniture. The pool and sun terrace have an outside shower.

Fiestas: Moraira has its own village fiestas in April, June, July and November with other fiestas in local towns and villages throughout the year.

What to do...in or near Moraira:: Take a trip over the Cumbre del Sol (15 minutes) for spectacular wild country and coastal views and visit Altea (30 mins), a superb hilltop town with its lovely blue-domed church and central square. Inland drive up to the magnificent mountain-top fort at Guadalest, the Vergal Safari Park near Denia and Europe's largest palm forest at Elche. Children will love Terra Mitica (Spain’s answer to Disneyland) and Aqualandia Water Park 45 minutes away. A 10 minute drive over the hills behind Moraira with amazing views down to the coast takes you into the Spanish interior with its Roman terracing, olive and almond trees, vineyards and orange groves.

An excellent holiday spent in the villa casa blanca Moraira, internet description is true, very good confort, efficiency with all facilities to cook, wash and grill in oven and on BBQ, property clean, nice pool, very romantic terrace, local property manager very pro. Good location to travel in the orange landscapes one hour driving outside of crowdy beachs, many villages, nice beachs to dive, and small towns to visit, like Denia, Jalon, Teulada, local markets around every day, good products, fruits and vegetables, etc ... A few small restaurants typical tapas food around, all banking facilities available, int'l press, good supermarkets to buy food. We strongly recommend this place to discover real face of South of Spain,our holiday took place from 13 june 2009 to 27 june 2009, about 30°C, poll water at 25°C..Total confidence into the owner, very good product.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly
