Casa Maria occupies a premier position in walking distance to the beach and centre of Moraira perfect for a summer stroll. Spacious lounge with SAT TV, ITV, BBC, SPORTS plus DVD with a large selection of the latest films. The lounge has a separate dining area, patio windows which open on to new pool terrace and eating area, Modern fully fitted kitchen, utility room, 1 twin bedroom, two double all with air con, one with new large en suite and patio windows that lead on to terrace with sea views. 4th bedroom with ensuite in separate apartment, with new small kitchen ideal for extra couple The villa in side and out is all on one level only four steps take you to the main bedroom. Casa Maria is private with large electric gates and alarm system. The area is very flat so is ideal for easy access to the beach and village. This is a very popular villa for couples and families who like to walk to the town and beach approximate 20 min. 24hr on call service.

Moraria lies in a bay on the South Eastern coast of Spain approximately 1 hours drive north of Alicante Airport. It has the best climate in Europe and is ideal for all round holidays. The area remains exclusively for villa owners and those who prefer the independent holiday. Shops and fantastic restaurants are the main attraction so is the lovely beach of L'Ampolla at the foot of the castle.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Discount for 6 persons in main summer weeks A deposit of £150 is required to secure booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival date. Cancellations charges, more than 8 weeks -no charge, 4-8 prior to arrival -50% of total rental rate 2-4 weeks prior to arrival -75% of total rental rate, less than 2 weeks prior to arrival 100% of total rental rate, These prices include all linen , 24 hr on call service. Special rates are negotiable for longer stays especially during the winter month. The arrival and departure day is Saturday in the high season. Check in time is 4pm departure time 10am.
  • •Please note that Villa Casa Maire is usually let as a 3 bedroom property between the end of September and the beginning of May the Main Season rates are for 3 Bedrooms..
    4th bedroom available at additional cost of £250 per week if required).
    Changeover day is any day
    Full weekly linen change and end-of-stay villa clean included in rental cost.

A small complimentary welcome pack awaits you on your arrival, 24 hr service for advice and emergencies, booking of car hire from Alicante Airport, and taxies to and from the Airport. Villa folder outlining all details of villa, market days, restaurants, attractions, and places of interest. If you have a late flight we can offer you a selection of grocery packs [price on request] further pictures of pool etc can be sent to you. This villa gets booked very quickly because of the location.

This was a very nice villa near to all shops ,bars and walking distance to the beach We were looked after by sue who was there when we needed any information this this one of the best villas I have stayed in. This villa I would recommend, We enjoyed it so much sitting on the terrace over looking the grape vines and seeing the fireworks displays in the town. we were supplied with a large selection of DVDS and was looked after all though our holiday. well done Casa Marie We will return to this villa J Wesson email supplied Dear Sue Just wanted to say how much we all very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Marie The villa is beautiful and very homely, while out side there is a wonderful choice of terraces where it feels very private, and of course the pool which was a great highlight and got a lot of use Anyway, thank you very much for your help and of course for our stay in your villa Kind Regards Natasha Bolbock Email supplied

Lovely villa with in easy walking distance of Moraira. Villa very spacious, both inside and out, with a great pool area. We had a great holiday there in June 2008, made full use of all the facilities the villa had to offer, and with the added bonus of being able to stroll onto Moraira, made it a really good holiday.
