Casa Maria occupies a premier position in walking distance to the beach and centre of Moraira perfect for a summer stroll. The lounge has a separate dining area, patio windows which open on to new pool terrace and eating area, Modern fully fitted kitchen, utility room, 1 twin bedroom, two double all with air con, one with new large en suite and patio windows that lead on to terrace with sea views. Main bathroom with nine-jet shower. Main terrace has barbecue with eating area, private pool, sun loungers and parasols. The villa in side and out is all on one level only four steps take you to the main bedroom. Casa Maria is private with large electric gates and alarm system. The area is very flat so is ideal for easy access to the beach and village. Cancellations charges, more than 8 weeks -no charge, 4-8 prior to arrival -50% of total rental rate 2-4 weeks prior to arrival -75% of total rental rate, less than 2 weeks prior to arrival 100% of total rental rate, These prices include all linen , 24 hr on call service. Special rates are negotiable for longer stays especially during the winter month. The arrival and departure day is Saturday in the high season. Check in time is 4pm departure time 10am.

This villa is perfect for all the family, or for a romantic stay. A small complimentary welcome pack awaits you on your arrival, 24 hr service for advice and emergencies, booking of car hire from Alicante Airport, and taxies to and from the Airport. Villa folder outlining all details of villa, market days, restaurants, attractions, and places of interest. If you have a late flight we can offer you a selection of grocery packs [price on request] further pictures of pool etc can be sent to you. This villa gets booked very quickly because of the location.

This was a very nice villa near to all shops ,bars and walking distance to the beach We were looked after by sue who was there when we needed any information this this one of the best villas I have stayed in.
