This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is all on one level and is located in the pretty town of Moraira, close to beaches, golf club and shops and within a 5 minute stroll to local restaurants and 2 excellent supermarkets. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and fitted to a high standard, the property offers a master bedroom, dressing area and en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a separate bathroom. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans and window mosquito netting. There is a large lounge and separate dining room, The modern kitchen is fitted to a high standard with a full size 4 ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine, microwave and other electrical appliances. The villa benefits from central heating for winter months (at additional cost), double-glazing, bright and airy rooms furnished to a high standard. Outside, the naya overlooks the terraces with BBQ and illuminated private pool (with optional pool heating at additional cost).

Moraira is located on the Costa Blanca, approximately an hour's drive from the airports of either Alicante or Valencia. The town of Moraira retains a fishing village atmosphere with lively nightlife activities. A local beach, restaurants, and shops are all within easy walking distance of the villa. Javea and Calpe are 20 minutes drive away as is the Jalon Valley with almond trees in abundance. Experience the fish markets, museums and 17th century churches and sample the full flavour of foods, wine and superb countryside.

The area: Moraira has one of the best climates of continental Europe. Ideal for year round visiting. Cool sea breezes in summer and protected against the cold North winds in winter. This area is exclusive for villa owners and independent holidaymakers. Restaurants in abundance (3 Michelin star-rated), shops, wineries, historic buildings and celebrations, theme park Terra Mitica, excursions or renting a Harley Davidson! Nearby, there are golf courses.

Golf, sports and much more...: The beautiful 9-hole Moraira golf-course with poolside bar/restaurant and magical views down to the sea is open to non-members and is within walking distance of the villa, with the popular 18-hole course at Jesus Pobre and the 9-hole course at Javea about 15 minutes away by car. Nearby are tennis courts, squash, water sports, boat hire and trips, horse-riding and go-kart racing. A little further away are the coastal resorts of Javea (15 mins. by car) with its beautiful sandy horse-shoe bay bordered by beach bars and restaurants, Denia with its long, sandy beach and pretty Calpe in the other direction. The local wine-making area of the Jalon valley, surrounded by mountains is also about 20 mins. drive away, and from here you can venture further into the spectacular mountain scenery - perfect for those who enjoy walking, cycling or climbing. Moraira is only 45 minutes drive from the livelier Benidorm which is close to Terra Mitica (a Disney style theme park) and Aqualandia Water Park

Golf: There is a nine hole golf course, Club de Ifach, 5 minutes drive from the villa. Set in a valley, it has par 3 and par 4 holes. Have a relaxing meal and cold beer in the club house. A good day out. There are many other courses nearby, club de golf, Javea and La Sella, in Denia, El Bosque in Valencia a 1 hour drive from Moraira.
