Villa La Osa Menor is a large (400 m2+) 2 storey seafront villa, located in absolutely the best and most enviable position of Moraira, with spectacular sea and mountain views (most pictures on the Costa Blanca are taken from here), right above the yacht harbour and promenade, in walking distance from the village and beaches. There is a staircase leading to the sea at 50 meters. Standing in its own walled, well tended, mature garden of grand old tropical palms with private pool and separate barbecue area. All commercial and sports facilities nearby, historic buildings and celebrations. Each bedroom has a bathroom ensuite. Unlimited broadband internet connection ( also WIFI). Air-conditioning in the bedrooms and central heating throughout the house. We accept VISA and MASTER Card. The owner lives in Moraira. Villa La Osa Menor is extremely well situated in one of the most exclusive areas of Moraira and has astonishing beautiful views on the Mediterranean with its famous Calpe Ifach Rock ( the landmark of the Costa Blanca), the impressive marina and the mountain peaks of Bernia, with fabulous sunsets in winter. The villa has marble floors throughout and Spanish style high standard furniture. Pool with terraces and sunbeds. Separate barbecue area in the garden. The villa and garden are superbly maintained. No need for a car.

Villa La Osa Menor has 2 units. Upstairs:(entrance level) entrance, kitchen, sitting room (10) with fireplace, elegant dining room (10), 3 bedrooms all with bathrooms (one has a washing machine), large covered and open terrace with garden furniture for 10. Downstairs (pool level): Sitting/dining room(5), kitchen,

cloakroom, laundry with washing machine, iron&board, 2 bedrooms each with marble bathroom-en-suite, large covered terrace with garden furniture for 10. Each room has French doors, except the 2 kitchens, the bathrooms and 2 bedrooms upstairs.

Moraira and what to do....:

Moraira lies in a bay, on the South Eastern coast of Spain (latitude 38°40´N, longitude 0° 10´ E). It has the best climate of continental Europe and is ideal for year round visiting. Cool sea breezes in summer and protected against the cold North winds in winter. The area remains exclusively for villa owners and individuals, who prefer the independent holiday. Restaurants in abundance, shops,wineries,historic buildings and celebrations, all watersports, golf, tennis, horse-riding, go-karts, walking, cycling, climbing, parasailing, themepark Terra Mitica, excursions or renting a Harley Davidson !

*After having returned to the cold north, we are thinking of the beautiful view and the great weather at Villa la Osa Menor. We really enjoyed our vacation and we want to thank you and your husband for a brilliant stay in the villa. We hope that we left the house in good shape. *Our journey home was good but leaving Moraira and Villa La Osa Menor was not so good! Your Villa is quite superb and the facilities were nothing short of excellent! Everything we could possibly want was there and we all had a wonderful time! *Well to say that our holiday in Moraira was brilliant would be an understatement ! The weather, the town, the restaurants and the shops were all perfect but I would say, on behalf of us all, that the main reason we enjoyed our break so much was being allowed to stay in your lovely Villa. It really is something else - fantastic location with stunning views, beautifully furnished and spacious enough to allow each member, or couple, to have time on their own to avoid the usu

We couldn't have asked for more!

Our week in the Villa La Osa Menor couldn't have been better.

Firstly, we were greeted by Francine, the owner, who couldn't have been more welcoming. We arrived early while the villa was still being cleaned but there was no problem leaving our bags while we headed off for a leisurely lunch. The villa facilities are very good with everything you'll need for a comfortable holiday. There was a group of 9 of us - all friends in our late thirties. We can be a little bit noisy but there was no problem with this as the villa is fully detached and not overlooked in any way.

By far the most attractive feature of the villa is it's location. Overlooking the sea, no more than 5 or 6 minutes walk to the centre of Moraira. It was important to us that we were within walking distance of the town as it's pretty difficult to herd 9 adults into taxis every night! It was so easy to access everything that we didn't hire a car at all.

The only thing I cannot comment on is the beach - we didn't go at all. The pool in the villa was a good size with ample room to sunbathe and there was a nice breeze from the sea so we never left it!

I can wholeheartedly recommend booking this villa if you want a wonderfully relaxing holiday whilst still being close to everything.

We had a great week in the Villa. The place is beautiful. The owners were more than pleasant and helpful. Moraira is a nice town to relax in, take as many days as you can allow. Pool, Beaches, BBQ's, Restaurants, Siestas, a quiet town. What more could you want. We'll be back.
