La Casa Blanca is a lovely villa with private pool and views of the mountains. South facing with a glazed sun terrace for that early or late season tan! The outside dining area has seating for six, two worktops, gas BBQ and gas ring with plancha. The elegant master suite upstairs has sliding doors opening onto a large balcony terrace with sun loungers. The spacious open plan living and dining area and American kitchen are ideal for a holiday atmosphere. The bedrooms are attractively presented and have good wardrobes with a suitcase stand. There is a bus service to Vergel Beach and Denia where you can join a narrow gauge railway stopping at resorts along the coast. Lots more photos on my Piccasa web album, ask me for the link.

The villa is 5 minutes walk from the village square where you will find local bars, shops, bank and an open air market on Tuesday morning. Portal de la Marina Shopping and Leisure centre is 6 minutes by car. The national route N332 and motorway AP7 are 1 and 2 klms respectively, convenient for visiting the many coastal resorts, Terra Mitica theme park and the historic centres of Gandia, Javea and Guadalest, one of the most visited attractions in Spain. The roads inland offer stunning views. The cosmopolitan resort of Denia can be reached in 10 minutes, check out its huge marina, fishing port, tree lined Marques de Campo with pavement cafes and hundreds of restaurants along the waterfront where there is a craft market at the weekend.

  • Fresh linen and towels are provided weekly.
    Arrival time is normally 1630 and departure time 10.00 to allow for cleaning and maintenance.
    Please enquire if you would like maid service.
  • A security deposit of 250 GBP is required.
    Nightly rates are for the minimum stay of 3 nights in low season.
    Extra days in mid and high season are based on the weekly rate.
  • A non refundable deposit of 25% secures your booking.
    Balance and security deposit payable by bank transfer 8 weeks before rental commences. There are no extras to the rental rates unless you would like starter groceries provided or maid service during your stay.

Notes: The garden is level having just three steps to the front or rear door. A high wall surrounds the property, also oleander hedge on two sides and a solid, sliding gate secures the perimeter. All the bedrooms and the open plan living area are air-conditioned. There is one double bedded suite with bathroom and balcony on the upper floor. One bathroom on the ground floor, a double bedded room and a bedroom with twin beds. All bedrooms have a good wardrobe with suitcase stand. The outside dining area seats six people in the shade and is provided with a gas operated hot plate (plancha) and gas BBQ. Not suitable for children under 5 years.

Shopping, Cinema and Bowling. Horse Riding: The Portal de la Marina Covered Shopping and Leisure Centre is 6 minutes by car. Free parking, grocery hypermarket, major retailers, restaurants, bars, cinema and bowling. English spoken at the Ondara Horse Riding Centre.

Other Activities: Golf La Sella and Oliva Nova are close by. The area is popular with country walkers.

Lovely Villa

Luxurious, spacious, clean and well equiped villa in a quiet area but still close to the village centre. It had everything we needed and more.
Nice views of the hills, valley and surrounding villages. It is in an elevated position which makes the most of any breeze.
Air conditioning was a big plus as we were there during a very hot spell and the pool was excellent.

We had a fantastic holiday and would thoroughly recommend this villa.

Very high quality villa, thoughtfully setup

Comfortable villa, carefully decorated to provide a pleasant and inviting environment. Furniture and equipment are up to date, and well chosen. Bedrooms have failrly new mattresses, and appropriate bedding and generous wardrobes. The two bathrooms are pleasent (no bidet), and well ventilated. Air conditioning is very effective.

Nice touches like a small gas barbeque and an outside gas flame for frying and cooking , and a small conservatory with seating.

Excellent pool area, well enclosed by a high fence and a high hedges, backing onto the road. Very pleasent pool, but no poolside shower.

Front of the villa overlooked by other two story villas.

Parking is in the grounds of the villa and the villa is protected by a high gate. Car access is a little tricky via a narrow drive and a sharp turn but managed fine with a small MPV.

Kitchen small but adequate with a halogen hob, and small benchtop dishwasher.

Beaches are within 15 minutes driving distance, and in August we had no problems parking within 50 yards of the beach. Denia is 20 mionutes drive away.

Overview and pictures of the villa were definately lived up to upon arrival and the pool is an ideal way to cool off in the sizzling heat, whilst admiring the fantastic view of the mountains. The villa is very well kept and is a real 'home from home', equipped with everythimg you could need and we were made to feel welcome from day one. It was absolute bliss and the peace and quiet echos within the typical Spanish village square, where there is a fab tapas bar, very friendly and cheap.
We will definately be recommending to family and friends and we will be back!!!
