Sitting and dining room with satellite TV, DVD player and music system. Balcony with additional table and chairs for Al Fresco dining. Uninterrupted views of the mountains, valley and the sea beyond. Ground floor - Self contained with 1 double bedroom. Shower room with wash basin and toilet. Kitchen with microwave, oven, hob and fridge. Sitting and dining room with additional sofa bed, dining table, TV, DVD player and panoramic views overlooking the valley. Large terrace area with private swimming pool, BBQ and seating. Off road parking for 2 vehicles. Please note there is no internal access between floors.

The village of Orba has retained its traditional Spanish feel, with weekly markets and plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and other amenities such as Banks, Pharmacy and English Video/DVD rental shop. The nearest town is Denia (15 minutes drive) with its tree lined avenue and upmarket shops, bars and restaurants where you can relax outside with a coffee or chill out with a nice glass of wine. Watch the fisherman bring in the day's catch then visit the fish market where you can purchase the main ingredient for the evening's BBQ If it's the hustle and bustle of the coastal resorts you seek, they are just a few minutes drive away, with wonderful beaches and a cosmopolitan lifestyle and plenty of nightlife to be found. For the kids (of all ages) take a trip to the Terra Mitica theme park or Terra Natura the wildlife park. Both are within a 40 minute drive of the villa, near Benidorm. Golfers are catered for at La Sella, Oliva and Javea within a 20 minute drive
