Villa Mimosa has the best of both worlds: with only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Orba bars, restaurants & a supermarket are easy to reach, yet its location is quiet and countrified with views to the mountains and sea. Orange groves lie just below it, providing a good place for walks and cycle rides. It is a 15 to 20 minute drive to the local beaches and the area is excellent for walkers and cyclists. The private pool and gym are for the exclusive use of our guests. In fact, as well as self catering holidays, we also offer half board fitness courses and portraiture sculpture courses (see our own web page, please ask for link). The area we are in has a safari park, caves you can explore and horse riding. We offer you air con, central heating, open fire, DVD and CD players, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, oven, iron, hair dryer and even a foot massage machine! Baby sitters are avail. There are night lights in the pool, a BBQ, sun loungers and outdoor table & chairs.

Notes to the rental rates

• PLEASE NOTE DISPLAYED PRICES INCLUDE THE 15% DISCOUNT OFFER.
  Christmas, New Year and Easter may be at a different rate than specified within the dates above. Please enquire.
  Rates are for four people renting. There is a small additional charge for a 5th person.
  
• We require a deposit of £100 for most holidays. The balance must be paid in full 6 weeks before departure. No reminders are sent and you put your holiday at risk should you fail to pay.
  
• Longer lets are usually offered at a discounted rate.

Fitness Courses

As well as self catering holidays for families, couples and groups of friends, we also offer private fitness courses for 2 to 4 people. A fitness instructor and a qualified counsellor are available. You may simply want to be inspired to start or continue exercising or need a guide for the local walks. Or you may want to have more in depth guidance. The courses are designed to be non threatening and enjoyable. You can choose to have one to one counselling or couple counselling. This could simply be to review your career and life goals or you may want to look at different issues in greater depth with the view of getting further help in the UK. Some people only want to look at physical fitness whilst others are attracted to the broader picture. The choice is yours and, to some extent, you can 'build' your own holiday around your individual requirements. Portraiture Sculpture courses

As well as self catering holidays for families, couples and groups of friends, we also offer private portraiture sculpturing courses for 2 to 4 people. A experienced artist will take you through the processes of the sculpturing process. We can provide a model or you can choose to bring pictures of the animal or person you wish to sculpture.. or perhaps choose to do the friend or partner who is on holiday with you. You can be a complete beginner or more experienced. The classes are exclusively for you and therefore levelled for your ability.To some extent, you can 'build' your own holiday around your individual requirements. If you're on a self-catering holiday and wish to commission a sculpture of a favourite person or pet, that is also possible at a discounted rate!
