Local village of Orba
Orba is a typical, Spanish, country village. It is surrounded on three sides by hills and mountains, whilst the plains on the fourth side are full of citrus, almond and olive groves. The village has all the facilities you will require, for example, banks, chemist, supermarkets, bakery and plenty of good bars and restaurants. The nearest bar/restaurant to the villa is approximately a 5 minute walk and the centre of the village, with its bell tower, is about a 10 to 15 minutes walk.
Nearby Beach Resorts
DENIA has 30 miles of beaches to enjoy, although some are pebbled. When it comes to water sports Denia has them all, from sailing to yachting clubs to diving and windsurfing. JAVEA/ARENAL has a marina and facilities for all kinds of water sports. The old town of Javea is a labyrinth of narrow streets whilst the Arenal area has a beautiful clean, golden sandy beach. MORAIRA is free from high rise development and package tourism. Originally a fishing village, it is now a small resort town with a marina and several sandy beaches and coves. CALPE is a fishing village and is dominated by the towering rock of Ifach. It has three beautiful sandy beaches.

GOLF- the villa is within easy access (by car) of several golf courses THEME PARKS - The newly opened theme park of 'Terra Mitica' is withing 30 minutes of the villa by car, as are the water fun park 'Aqualandia', and the sea world park 'Mundomar'. FIESTAS - the local villages regularly hold fiestas with parades and wonderful firework displays. LOCAL MARKETS - There are many daily markets to choose from in the neighbouring towns and villages.
