Villa Rak is situated on an 1100 m2 plot and comprises two bedrooms, bathroom/toilet, lounge/kitchen, sun lounge with adjacent shaded terrace, patios and car port. Facilities include washing machine, fridge/freezer, gas oven/hob and microwave oven/grill. There is a spacious garden around the villa, with an additional outside shower at the rear of the property. The views from the sun lounge to the mountains are quite magnificent. Some books and games are provided and there are many maps and tourist leaflets. There are also radio/cassette/CD/satellite TV/DVD facilities. The English caretakers are just a few minutes’ drive away.

Overlooking Orba to spectacular mountains beyond, Villa Rak is located less than 20 minutes by road from Denia. A two-minute drive brings you to the town, with all amenities, or to the swimming pool, with its restaurant/pizzeria, poolside bar and wonderful views over the valley. The surrounding area, comprising citrus, olive and almond groves, is truly picturesque and offers a haven of peace and tranquillity. Benidorm, with attractions like Aqualandia, Terra Mitica and Benidorm Palace, is just 45 minutes away. There are many other coastal resorts within easy reach, such as Javea, Moraira, Calpe and Altea, as well as historic cities like Xativa and Alcoi.
