A modern villa on a quiet, mature development surrounded by beautiful established plants and trees. It has lovely views of the mountains, the village of Orba in the valley below, and the fields of olives, citrus, almonds and grapes. There is an 8m x 4m pool with a terrace for sunbathing, and a shady pergola with an area for a barbeque and permanent seating for long, leisurely meals. The villa has three bedrooms with three bathrooms. The third bedroom has its own separate access at pool level, and has its own sitting room and kitchen. The village of Orba with its small shops, restaurants and bars is a ten minute walk from the villa.

Nearest Beach: beach at 20.0 Kilometres

A two minute walk leads to an excellent restaurant, serving meat dishes, salads, pasta or pizza. You can also order pizza to take away. Beside the restaurant is a very large pool with a bar. You can buy day or weekly tickets to use it if you want a change from the pool at the villa. The village of Orba is a ten minute walk away. The village has several cafes and restaurants, small supermarkets, three bakeries, two butchers shops, a pharmacy and a number of other small shops. There are fiestas throughout the summer, in this and in the surrounding villages. The closest beach is at Denia, a 20 minute drive away. Other beaches all along the coast including those at Moraira, Javea, Calpe, and Benidorm are within a 40 minute drive. There is golf at La Sella, Oliva and Javea. The Terra Mitica theme park, water parks and much more are close to Benidorm. Valencia is an hour's drive with the old city, modern science park, and Americas Cup marina amongst its many attractions.

Nearby Outdoor Activities: The TURURAC Rural Tourism Centre has just opened on the outskirts of Orba. Here you and the family can enjoy a wide range of outdoor adventures such as mountain biking, canyoning, trekking, caving, paintballing and segway tours.

Changeover dates:: We prefer not to have change-overs at the week-ends. Arrival is after 4pm and the villa must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, unless special arrangements have been made.
