Luxury detached villa with private pool and magnificent views

Casa Pedro is a luxury detached villa with three bedrooms, situated on a small hillside development overlooking the beautiful Orba Valley, with magnificent views of orange and lemon groves, olive trees and the mountains. It is extremely well equipped with 32' Flat Screen TV, which receives BBC, ITV, Channel 4 Channel 5 and most of the UK free view channels, DVD Player, Play Station 2, CD/Radio Cassette player, large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Each of the bedrooms is fully air conditioned. It also has the benefit of a covered terrace leading off from the living/dining area, which is perfect for 'al fresco' dining. There is a private 8 metre x 4 metre pool which can be illuminated at night with a patio area. In the terraced garden, there are also areas all around the house where you can sit quietly in the shade, or if you are a sun worshipper, the pool and surrounding area is in the sun all day. Orba is a small, typical Spanish country village with just over 1600 inhabitants. The area still retains its local Spanish culture with many Fiestas during the year, featuring a wide variety of different events, including street dancing, firework displays, marching bands, religious celebrations and parades. It is situated 20km inland from the popular coastal resorts of Javea and Denia, and approximately 1 hour’s drive from the airports of Valencia and Alicante, via the excellent AP7 Motorway

Laundry/Utility room with washing machine. The lower level has the benefit of being completely self contained, if required - ideal for two families or friends who are sharing Outside there is a superb 8m-x4m swimming pool with ample sun beds and patio furniture. There is a further patio area with table and chairs at the front of the house - very private
