The property is in a rural location situated 2km from the nearest town of Orihuela & 2km from the attractive Spanish village of Redovan. The setting is very picturesque & peaceful perfect for a relaxing holiday. A recently built country villa which has a large solarium, private swimming pool, outside shower & tennis court. The villa is detached with superb mountain views, there is a large terrace to the front of the property ideal for enjoying the summer & winter sun. The main bedroom is a double, tastefully furnished, comfortable bedroom & has the benefit of an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is also a very spacious double etc. The 3rd bedroom is a twin etc. All bedrooms & lounge are fitted with ceiling fans. The villa has a total of 2 bathrooms each equipped with bath, shower, WC, bidet, sink. The well equipped property includes: washing m/c, microwave, TV, large fridge/freezer, split level cooker. The villa is located between historic Orihuela with its Spanish buildings and cultural heritage and the village of Redovan with its attractive picnic areas, mountain walks and village square. There's a choice of golf courses in the area and bars and restaurants nearby. The village shop is a 4 minutes walk and there is several supermecados a short drive away. The artistic-historic tradition has created an array of activities to make the most of your stay in Orihuela and Spain. The area around has an abundance of olive, lemon and orange groves together with exceptional mountain views. Additional information about rental rates

  • A 30% non-returnable deposit is required when booking, with the remaining 70% due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. The key holder lives local and is available and on call for emergency situations throughout your stay. The pool is regularly cleaned. We will be flexible regarding dates,. A returnable security deposit of 200 euros (or £150.00) is required prior to the start of your holiday and will be returned within 10 days of your return to the UK minus the cost of any breakages, loss or non return of keys or damage to the property. All rates are based on a minimum of 1 weeks booking.
    **There is an extra charge (40 Euro's )for end of stay cleaning payable directly by you to our agent Sue &John who live in Redovan
  • Long lets (over 1 month) from Nov-March are available with substantial discounts depending on length of rental. Prices from as little as £150 per week.
    Book for more than two weeks and get a 20% discount from the normal rates.

The surrounding Mountains boast 2 famous spas, Fortuna and Alchena. Benidorm is 1 hours drive with it's Disney type theme park and extensive night life. GOLF: There are several championship golf courses that are local to the villa, two which are a short drive away - 'La Finca', this is the newest course on the Costa Blanca, set to play 'The Spanish Open' & 'The Ryder Cup' in the future, 'La Marquesa' course in Quesada, just 5 minutes away. Within a 15-20 minute drive you have the championship course of 'VillaMartin', Campoamor' & Las Rambles', then of course 'La Manga Golf' is just 40 minutes drive.

AQUAPARKS: *****A fantastic day out for the kids and adults is the 2 aquaparks (water parks) tried and tested they really are great.***One in Quesada/Rojales only 8 EUROS per person per day includes free parking,free sun beds and free parasols.The onsite restaurant serves good food and is excellent value for money ***The second inTorrevieja costs 18 euros per person per day----Both offer very good value

REDOVAN FIESTAS: September is the month for fiestas in Redovan offering spectacular parades lasting 3-4 hours of people in the streets in costumes and of course later the fireworks displays for which Spain is well known

Charming villa amongst mountains and green acres with fruit trees and vegetables. Between the village of Redovan and the wonderful city Orihuela, with his many old buildings (the old university Santo Domingo and several churches with gothic and moorish influences), hundreds of palm trees and nice restaurants. To the coast it takes 45 minutes by car, with many lovely beaches and the market in Torrevieja. But it is'nt a punishment to stay at home, in contrary, this lovely villa has nice big rooms and a private terrace with attractive views. So take a dip in the pool, play some tennis and just enjoy the sun. Release the stress! Also a great home for children with all the facilities to make them happy. Thanks to Lynda, Sue and John for the good service.

We had a great holiday in the Orihuela/Redovan area staying in Lyn's wonderful villa.

The villa and its facilities are superb and in a quiet and beautiful location....an ideal base for our holiday...rural Spain at its best.
