The owners of this beautiful villa also have a 4 star UK (originally classed as 4-key / 'De-Luxe') Tourist Board self-catering accommodation cottage near Stratford upon Avon, England. Spain in general has no such accommodation standards. To achieve these UK standards requires high quality and Falcon's Nest has been even better equipped, right down to ice buckets and candles for romance and dining in style!

Mosquitoes:
Having suffered some really nasty mosquito bites on all previous Mediterranean holidays, this problem was a significant issue when choosing the villa location. So far in all our visits and those of our clients, no one has met up with a single mozzie! We think the falcons are picking them off as they attempt to visit the dizzy heights!!
It is wonderful to be able to leave bedroom windows open at any time and be confident that these unwelcome visitors will not arrive to feast on you during the night!!
There really is something for everyone at this location and the Villa will never disappoint.

Access:
The villa has a private entrance and driveway. Visitors can drive directly to the front door and unload the car.
We notice that many villas do not have this facility and indeed are surrounded by numerous steps.
The same driveway goes down to the pool terrace/garage level.
When selecting the right villa for an enjoyable holiday, remember - many villas appear to be attractive and appealing. FN pictures show you that the views from the patio / pool area are very pleasing.
Falcon's Nest looks across beautiful mountains towards the sea but at night there are many lights into the distance which ensure you do not feel cut off or isolated.
The Villa is located on an exclusive urbanisation which enjoys total peace and tranquility - exactly what we love when lounging around the pool, barbecuing, reading, or playing Scrabble.
We have recently added stone seating at the front of the house so we can follow the sun around. In the lower seasons it is perfect for breakfasting.
Other Activities:
Denia and Javea beaches have superb Jet Ski facilities. Keen walkers will enjoy superb moutain trecks through beautiful countryside
