Situated on the edge of Monte Pedreguer this beautiful detached villa has amazing views down the valley out to sea, extensive landscaped gardens and a large poolside terrace. Merely 1 hrs drive from Alicante or Valencia airports, this villa is ideally situated for the beaches of Javea and Denia, the world class golf resort and spa at La Sella, or the famous Jalon Valley vineyards. For the family, the Terramitica and Mundomar theme parks are within a short drive. Villalinga is also available for long term lets.
