Beaches:
There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa and all have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are within walking distance to Playa Flamenca and La Zenia. A little further are Campoamor, Cabo Roig, Levante and Mil Palmeras beaches. The beautiful Mar Menor coastline which stretches from san Pedro to La Manga is a 20 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guadamar and La Marina.
Airport transfers, car hire and taxi service::
There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are Alicante, which is just a 40 minute drive to the apartment and Murcia, a smaller airport offering low budget flights is just a 20 minute drive away.
Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost and transport to other locations can also be arranged during your holiday
Booking Deposit and Support Service::
You will be requested to provide a deposit of 10% of the total booking cost and the balance of the payment must be received 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Receipts and terms and conditions will be sent direct to your home address.
There will be an additional cost of 60 euros to pay locally on your arrival to cover the cost of cleaning and laundry. A refundable security bond of 100 pounds is also payable before your arrival and this will be returned to you after your departure and once the villa has been checked over. Please let us know of any breakages or accidents so that we are able to replace or rectify before our next guests arrive. Don't worry too much as accidents do happen and can always be sorted out.
Should you wish to purchase a food parcel for your arrival, we are able to arrange this for you.
You will be met on arrival at the apartment and a good support service is there for you during your stay.
Golf:
Just a short drive from the villa are three superb golf courses and these are the championship golf course at Villamartin, not for the faint hearted is Las Ramblas golf course which is considered to be ¨one of the most challenging in Spain¨ and Royal Campoamor which must be one the most stunning courses. We can arrange for tee times to be booked on your behalf and provide further details of golf courses and prices on request. You can hire golf clubs at the golf course and will need to provide a handicap certificate.
