The accommodation of this villa is on two levels. The entrance leads into the living/dining area. Also on this level is the fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms - one double and one twin - and a bathroom with bath and shower. Stairs lead to the upstairs landing which gives access to the roof terrace, shower room and a further double bedroom. Outside there is a terrace with table and chairs and a garden area. Parking is available. The pool area is only 50 metres away.

Immediate Location

Playa Flamenca is ideal for a relaxing holiday or a traditional seaside family holiday, while for the energetic there are plenty of facilities within a twenty minute drive including three superb golf courses, horse-riding, go-karting and, on the outskirts of Torrevieja, an aqua park. The excellent beaches of the Orihuela Costa (including some awarded a European Blue Flag) are only five minutes away by car or a thirty minute stroll. Alternatively, within a short drive there are many other beaches to enjoy. Within walking distance there is a wide choice of restaurants & bars and two large supermarkets. Each Saturday there is a local street market selling fresh fruit & vegetables and other food produce, clothes, gifts, etc.

Round and About

Torrevieja is an attractive town and has preserved its unique charm and character; enjoy an early evening stroll along the promenade before calling at one of the many cafes, bars or restaurants for a meal or drink. On Fridays the largest outdoor market in southern Spain is held here. The two large natural salt lakes around Torrevieja have contributed to the area's reputation as one of the healthiest places in the world to live and the mud baths there are a popular spot for locals and visitors alike looking to alleviate their aches and pains. Further afield, a visit to the old towns of Orihuela and Murcia, passing through orange and lemon groves with lovely views of the mountains, is recommended. Alicante is well worth a visit - to shop or wander around the marina. The theme park, Terra Mitica, is approximately an hour's drive away.
