  • All rates quoted are per week letting (i.e 7 days and 7 nights). Check in from 4.00pm on date of arrival. Check out by 12 noon on date of departure, Early Check in or late check out can be arranged subject to availability. All reservations require a deposit of E150.00 plus a E100.00 security deposit, which is refundable, and will be returned as soon as possible after satisfactory inspection of villa, and all keys are returned. Settlement of Account is required 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Payment accepted in Cash, Bank Draft or Credit Transfer in euro or currency equivalent. All rates include Vat and Service Charge (i.e light, water, heat, Security gates) Extras Available on request. Car Hire can be arranged. Food Starter pack on arrival. Twice weekly Cleaning service. Pick service from airport.
  • If booking is confirmed, hopefully you will not need to use either, both for peace of mind, please ensure, that before you leave home, that you have a full traveling insurance, and also EU111 health insurance card, which is an entitlement to all urgent medical benefit if required.

Notes: Each Room has 2 single beds, however they can be placed together to accommodate double occupancy. Each Room has a a Ceiling Fan, Bedside Locker and Bed Side lamp. There are Two Built in Wardrobes provided and the Third room offers storage drawers and wall hangers. The master bedroom is equipped with Air Con, which also can supply heat, it has a private Balcony and TV. The villa has 2 Bathrooms, one with WC and Hand washbasin the other with, WC, Hand wash basis, Bath, Shower and Bidet. The Living Quarters are also air-conditioned and can also supply heat, with two leather couches and coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen has utensils and crockery to cater for up to 8 persons. There is a counter with 3 stools for casual dining and the Main Dining table can accommodate 6 persons. The outside terrace can accommodate up to 8 persons. The solarium with Mediterranean sea view has 3 sun beds. Any other queries can be supplied on request.
