This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom villa is set in a peaceful, quiet residential area 2 miles from Torreveija centre and 200 metres from the sea. 4 golf course nearby. The villa can only be described as luxurious being completely refurbished with all new furniture and fittings in January 2009. The villa overlooks a large pool, which is shared with 3 other villas and has its own purpose built barbeque. The villa is equipped to a very high standard with sun terrace, roof top solarium, satellite and cable TV. Full air conditioning is available as an optional extra.

This is a luxury villa with the pool just outside, sleeps 8 + comfortably, and is very well equipped.The villa is in a quiet road with very little traffic, however it is just a short stroll to the main restaurants, bars and shops, in the other direction only 200 meters from the nearest beach, with a bar/restaurant next to it, there are also more beaches to the left or right. You are met at the villa by my agent in Spain, or if you wish you can be collected from the airport,so you dont have to drive.

Local Features: The villa is perfectly set in a quiet location 200 metres from the sea with superb views. There are more than 20 restaurants within 15 minutes walk, catering for all tastes including Spanish,French,Italian ,Chineese,Indian,Mexican and English, as well as local shops, bars and banks. There are many golf courses catering for the golf enthusiast where clubs can be hired. There is a regular bus service to Torreveija where there are two daily markets. A water park, fun fair ,and boat trips to nearby islands are strongly recomended,and very reasonably priced.

Thank you very much for providing us with a lovely holiday villa. The villa was very quiet, spacious and imaculate. The pool was great and cleaned twice during our visit. This was our 1st holiday away with our youngest son aged 2 and we loved being so close to the beach and the choice of great restuarants within walking distance. The couple looking after your Villa were extremely helpful and reliable and made our holiday hassle free by providing travel to and from the Airport. We have re-booked for next year and are looking forward to another nice stay.

We were disappointed because our expectations were much higher! This villa wasn't luxury at all! it was average. The house was clean and everything fully functional.
You will only get one half of the house you see on the picture. it is a semidetached house. There are two semidetached houses and the pool is in the middle of them. So you have to share the pool with 3 other houses. We were lucky, two houses were empty otherwise it would have been crowded...
In The property details is mentioned that it has 3 bathroom. there are only 2, one upstairs and one in the basement. there is one bedroom in the basement and 3 upstairs. But one of the three is very small!
