This lovely 3 bed, 2 bathroom corner house has everything you need for a superb holiday. In the spacious air conditioned lounge/dining area are TV with Sky & UK channels, a DVD player & a mini Hi-Fi. The American kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, and there is a separate utility room with a washing machine. The 3 bedrooms have twin or double beds, ample built in wardrobes, and each is air-conditioned. Outside you can enjoy the sunny south facing position, overlooking the large communal pool and gardens from the ground floor garden or the large sun terrace on the first floor. The shady patio has table & chairs, and there are sunloungers, sun chairs, sun-umbrella and a barbeque to use in the garden. Zeniamar is a large quiet family development with spacious communal areas and landscaped pools for each group of houses. These are maintained and cleaned to a high standard. Zeniamar is in Punta Prima, Orihuela Costa, on the southern outskirts of Torrevieja, about 45 mins drive from Alicante airport, and 25mins from Murcia (San Javier)airport. Sandy beaches, shops, restaurants & bars are nearby, many within easy walking distance. Torrevieja town is 4Km. Very close to 3 championship golf courses, with La Manga Golf & Tennis Resort about a 40 mins drive.

Local facilities: Very close by are tennis and an excellent Go-Kart track. Within 15 minutes drive there are 3 first class golf courses, with reasonable green fees. Local restaurants, many within walking distance, provide an excellent choice, including Chinese, Indian, Italian, and of course many Spanish bars, cafes and restaurants. You can see a Flamenco show at Patio Andaluz, dine overlooking the sea at the Nautilus, or order a paella on the beach at La Zenia.

Shopping: Locally, there is a good supermarket, and pharmacies, banks etc are within easy reach. On Saturday mornings there is a huge and busy market very close by. Torrevieja has excellent shopping and a lively evening street market.

Further Afield: There are two water parks within 20-25 mins drive. Worth a visit are the port city of Cartagena, which has a lovely harbour ; Murcia with its ancient cathedral and excellent modern shopping centre; Elche, famous for its palm trees and historic centre, and Alicante - a large, bustling Mediterranean city on the coast.

This house is absolutely brilliant !!! From the moment we arrived this was just like home from home with everything you could need and more , it is nice and spacious, super clean and right beside the pool (what more could you possibly need). The owners were great at answering any queries we had before we went and there is also plenty of local info in the house for you to read through. There was always room around the pool and the majority of people there seemed to be families. Our girls of 11 and 14 loved it, there is a security guard on the complex every night which felt reassuring. Plenty of supermarkets, shops and restaurants nearby but a car is essential for the area in general, Anyone who stops here will not be dissapointed,

We certainly agree that if you can drag yourself away from the lovely pool, a car gives you freedom to visit the area from Alicante and Benidorm in the North, to Murcia, La Manga and historic Cartagena in the South. And you can easily pop into Torrevieja for excellent shopping, go to the local water parks or relax on a choice of wonderful nearby safe beaches. And if you are a golfer there are 3 championship courses within 15minutes.

Lovely villa close to everything you want

We had a wonderfull stay, never wanted to go back home..the villa felt like a second home the moment we entered. It had everything; pool close by, a nice terrace, airco everywhere (very usefull with 42 degrees), bbq, and peacefull, though the town with beaches, pubs and shops is nearby. I would recommend it to everyone, singles and couples with kids! Thanks for a brilliant holiday!!
