3 Bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, 2 guest beds

Our recently built, privately owned, villa is fully furnished, with air conditioning and a security system The property has wheelchair access including a ground floor bathroom/shower and double/twin bedroom. The accommodation comprises lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin), 1.5 bathrooms with an additional single guest bed for use in the lounge. 32'' LCD TV with satellite and a radio/CD player are also available. There is personal key access to the nearby swimming pool with sun beds. Externally there is a gated drive for car parking, a garden and patio with B B Q. The first floor balcony is accessible from the main bedroom and the large roof top Solarium has a shower and sun beds with views of the lakes, sea, mountains and orange groves. We recommend a car to enable you to visit the many blue flag beaches, towns, markets, shops, golf courses etc.

Should you wish to see some additional additional of the villa interior just ask.

Our superb villa is delightfully situated in Entre Naranjos/Vistabella golf, a beautiful but quiet area of Orihuela Costa, near to Los Montesinos and San Miguel, with many beaches, golf courses and other amenities closeby. As the name suggests the development i surrounded by orange groves. Although quiet you need only travel a short distance to reach the main local towns of Torrevieja, Guadamar and Orihuela. La Manga is but a short drive down away, visit the club and you are likely to see some famous sporting stars! The World health Organisation have confirmed this area as one of the 2 most healthiest in the world and the famous blue and pink lakes can be seen from the villa roof solarium.

An Ideal location for a family, golfing or beach holiday for adults and children alike

Additional information about rental rates

  • Unlike may other Property owners we do not charge additional fees for meet and greet, exit cleaning, a welcome pack or specifically for use of the air conditioning. Please note however rental rates shown are based on 6 person occupancy. A small extra charge per person is payable for larger parties. For long term lets please contact us with duration of your stay for very reasonable rates. The cost of electricity used is additional and is € 30 per week payable on arrival. A booking will only be accepted on receipt of written confirmation and payment of the agreed deposit, not less than £100 (or Euro 100) with the balance payable one month before rental commences. If any balance is not received by the due date the booking will be cancelled without refund of deposit, although a refund will be considered in extenuating circumstances. In the event of cancellation, deposits are not refundable unless we are able to relet the same or similar dates.
  • As our villa is primarily intended for use by families therefore we are unable to accept bookings from :-
    Groups whether all male, female or mixed or anyone single person under 21 years of age unless accompanied by parents.
    A loss/damage deposit is required at the time the balance of the rental is paid, the amount is dependant on the rental cost and will be between £100 and £200, which we guarantee to return within 7 days of then end of your stay, when the villa has been checked over.
  • Golfers and golf societies are very welcome.

    The Vistabella Golf course club house is a 2 minute walk or a 30 second drive away and is open to non members whehteryou are using the course of not. Its restaurant is very good and there is also a friendly bar .

Alan and Christine. We all had a fantastic time in your Lovely Villa in Laguna Green. What a beautiful place. We spent most of our days near and around Torrevieja then the evenings in the pool and in your Villa. We had a nice relaxing time and are seriously, considering booking again for next year. We have already recommended your Villa to one of our friends who also seem very keen in booking it for next year.

Golf:

The villa is ideally situated for access to numerous golf courses. La Finca where the Spanish Open is being held in 2006 is a 5 minute drive away. There are three 18 holes courses on the La Finca complex which has many additional facilities. There are at least a further 10 courses within easy reach - all with in a 20 - 25 minutes drive. Selecting a different course each day for 2 weeks would not be a problem if you are on a society break.

To Alan and Christine. Thank you very much for letting us have your villa for 10 days, we had a fab time. The weather was great and we went to the beach. Jodie loved swimming in the sea for the first time.

We had a lovely time

We had a lovely time at the villa and really enjoyed sitting on the top terrace (solarium) in the late evening looking at the lights of Torrevieja and the beautiful sunsets. You definitely need a car to make the most of the surrounding area and for visiting the many supermarkets to get in essential supplies.
Sandra and Barry met us when we arrived and made us feel extremely welcome. It was good to know that they were close by in case we had any problems (which we didn't!)
This villa is located in a quiet area which suited us!

Thanks very much, yes we had a fabulous holiday and were very pleased with the accommodation. The benefit of the air con certainly made up for it as it meant I actually slept some nights!
I will contact you later on in the year (when cheaps flights for next year come out) as we do intend to return to Entre Naranjos next August and would be very interested in renting your villa again.

Happy holiday!

Have been on holiday with my husband, sister and two parents. We all had such a fantastic holiday! The villa was in a great peaceful and quite location between the over looked lakes and the mountains with great panoramic views all around. House was very clean and spacious enough for all of us. It can easily accomodate 6 people! Very well looked after. Food was easy to get. Area has dozens of supermarkets (I recommend Mercadona) but I consider cheaper and less hussle eating out. In Montesinos which is 5 minutes drive have found great Chinese and Indian restaurants!!! Avoid british open markets as they are over priced! The nearest lovely beach where we've spent most of the days is La Zenia 15 min drive.
It was our first time going self-catering renting a villa on-line. What it made it be a perfect holiday was the fact that what we expected from our holiday we got from the day we arrived.
Weather was sunny all through with 33 degrees celcius!
