Charming 3 bedroom (2 double 1 twin) villa situated in a private gated complex with the use of communal pool a few yards from the villa. The ground floor living area is comfortably furnished and has satellite TV with all UK terrestrial channels and about 25 other channels also UK music channels also DVD, video and music system, a dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with washer dryer and microwave.. There is also a double bedroom and shower room on this floor. The living area opens on to a covered terrace leading to the pretty garden. Stairs lead to a further bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The front bedroom opens onto the terrace with tables chairs and sun loungers. There is also access to the sun terrace from the landing. There is partial air-conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. Efficient heating is available when needed.

A perfect location within walking distance of beautiful beaches. A few minutes walk to the local restaurants bars and shops. Supermarkets and many more restaurants are a few minutes drive away. The villa is near to a superb nature reserve with excellent walks. Close to all amenities including golf, sailing, tennis, street markets etc. The vibrant city of Alicante is just 15min drive and easily accessible by local transport. Here you can also find large shopping centres including hypermarkets, marina surrounded by bars and restaurants. There is also a castle which is well worth a visit. To the north is Benidorm with its excellent theme parks and nightlife and is easily accessible by car or public transport. To the south is the town of Santa Pola with an attractive waterfront and beautiful beaches. Elche which is approx 12 kilometres away is a World Heritage Site and the 350,000 palm trees and beautiful park are well worth visiting. Most towns have large street markets.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required when booking, final balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure. An £80 security deposit is required against any damage which may occur whilst you are renting our villa. This will be returned within a few days of departure following confirmation that the house has been left in good order. Airport pick-up can be arranged at a small charge. There is a cleaning charge of 70 euros payable to our agent at the end of your stay.
    Guests can take possession of the villa at 3.00pm on day of arrival and are required to vacate the villa by 10.00am on day of departure. Sometimes this can be flexible dependant upon arrivals and departures times. Check with our agent.

Lovely little villa and complex

A lovely holiday home - well equipped and spotlessly clean.

Despite being within a stones-throw from bars and cafes etc, the area was really quiet at night - great when you have exhausted kids. A nice flat stroll to the beach too.

The pool is nice and well-maintained.

Quite far from shops and supermarkets though, so I would recommend a car, although the bus and train services are OK if a little flexible with their timetables :)

Look forward to returning one day.

Comfortable and perfectly situated villa.

Clean and comfortable villa with 2 good sized bedrooms and one smaller. All the equipment that you could need. Great location next to restaurants and shop but with no late night noise. Car park and pool area excellent. Spent many great evenings in the ground floor balcony area, a real suntrap!

Owners agents really helpful.
