Detached Villa in Villamartin, Alicante, Spain within gated community. Very close to Villamartin Golf Course, and adjacent to Villamartin Plaza. Fully furnished with private off road parking. Two double bedrooms and bathroom downstairs, large double bedroom with bathroom upstairs. Ground floor terrace overlooking pool, secluded terraced area upstairs. Villa has all the comforts of home, washing machine, cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc. The Villa is in a residential area, but only 5 mins by car to La Zenia and Campoamor beaches. Restaurants and bars, and supermarket all within walking distance. Sorry no Sunday arrivals/departures, & no arrivals after midnight.

Bowling, and Go-Karts are nearby, and Doctors, Dentists, Hairdressers, Banks are all nearby.

If you require changeover of linen during your stay you should request this from the managing agent for which there will be an additional charge. Beach towels not included. A refundable deposit of 100 euros is payable on arrival to agent for damages. Saturday to Saturday bookings only during peak season. No Canvassers please.
