Fabulous Detached Villa situated close to Villamartin golf course, fully furnished to high standards with private parking for up to three cars, one covered and in shade. Excellent facilities with a 2 large communal pools with toddlers sections to cater for the young, the pools are quiet all year round. Fully air-conditioned. The villa stands on its own grounds. Two double bedrooms one en-suite with large private solarium with 6 sun loungers, one twin room with an extra pull out bed. Sun terraces to the front and side of the property with garden table and chairs for six, as well as a bar-b-cue. Shops, bars and restaurants all within a 2 minute walk, with about 20 restaurants to choose from you should find something you like. A communal seating area is also situated close by. We are very flexible on the time you arrive so if you can only get a late flight, somebody will meet you with the keys at any time. Arrival day is negotiable out of peak periods.

Nearest Airport: Alicante 40km, Murcia at 15 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: A7 at 3 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 5.0 Kilometres

Villamartin has an 18 hole championship golf course, situated within a five minute walk from the villa. The golf club is right next to the Plaza with it’s many bars and famous restaurants. The quality here is exceptional and reasonably priced. Supermarkets and boutiques are also in the main plaza and there is also a range of gift shops including the famous Lladro shop. There are also another 6 golf clubs within 10-20 minute drive. Local supermarket, doctors, dentist, choice of restaurants, bars & discos along with chemist, bowling alley & arcade, hairdressers and shops etc all within 5 minute walking distances. This area is lively and busy - particularly in peak summer months. Nearby horse riding and go-karting are also available. Even livelier Torrevieja is just 10 minutes drive away where you can enjoy shopping and the Marina, with plenty of new restaurants to try on the way.

    £200 deposit secures booking. Linen & indoor towels provided. Deposit is non-refundable if booking is cancelled within 12 weeks of departure. £100 will be added to the total which will be refundable on departure once the villa has been checked for damage. 70 euros will be collected at arrival at villa for cleaning. Full payment will be due 10 weeks prior to arrival. Check in from 2.00pm, check out by 10.00am unless by prior arrangement to allow for cleans.

Beach - Awarded blue flag The beach is a couple of kilometres away and boasts magnificent scenery as well as cleanliness. The beaches in Villamartin are well maintained and benefits from a courtesy bus during the summer months. The restaurant at La Zenia beach also has a swimming pool with sun loungers for a small fee.

We stayed in this villa in July 2009.. It was lovely - very clean and well stocked.. It was also in the perfect position - just a quick stroll across to one of the pools - you can see it from the terrace and there's another slightly bigger one around the corner.
It was in an even better position for Villa Martin Plaza which is where the bars and resturants are - it takes literally 3 or 4 mins to walk there, yet that is far enough to make the area really quiet at night.. There you'll find something for everyone, but I would recommend Eduardos, The clubhouse and The Red Onion which is an Indian Resturant.
We didn't hire a car as we only went for a week and to be honest - we didn't need one as we went to drink and eat and relax. But if you want to explore and go to the beach then a car would be a bonus.
I would fully recommend this villa and the area of Villa Martin. We are even considering booking for next year,
