Built in 2005 this luxury villa in a secure development has a South facing aspect overlooking superb communal gardens with pool. Villamartin Plaza with its many bars and restaurants is 15 minutes walk away and 3 championship golf courses are within a short driving distance. The villa is furnished to a high standard. On the ground floor there is a large lounge area, 2 twin bedrooms, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Stairs lead off the lounge to the first floor with master bedroom, en-suite bathroom and huge south facing solarium. The villa has the added convenience of hot/cold air conditioning to both ground and first floors. The villa has a front terrace ideal for outside dining and a small front and rear garden. The communal swimming pool (with a children’s area) is a few steps from the front garden. The closest blue flag beach is 5 minutes drive

The property is located in a secure gated community on the Villamartin urbanisation on the Oriheula Costa. This area of the Costa Blanca is quoted by the World Health Organisation as one the healthiest places in the world to live. It is easily accessible via motorway from both Alicante (35 minutes) and Murcia (20 minutes) airports which are serviced by low cost airlines. The area is also easily accessible from the motorway networks of Northern Spain, France etc. Within a short distance of the villa there are dozens of restaurants & bars, as well as supermarkets, banks, hairdressers, Internet cafes etc. To entertain the family there are; beaches, go-karts, Aqua Park, horse riding, safari park, boat trips etc. Terra Mitica Europe’s largest theme park is about an hour away as is Benidorm which has a huge variety of entertainment. There are several street markets in the area which are ideal for purchasing souvenirs, fresh produce etc

Notes: The villa has hot/cold air conditioning both to the ground and first floors, which is a necessity in the summer and winter months. The first floor solarium has 4 sun loungers. For your peace of mind and security the property is fitted with grills to all windows and doors also a monitored alarm system is installed. The property is equipped with a region 2 DVD player compatible with UK DVDs so guests can bring their favourites to watch, there is also a small selection in the property. The ground floor terrace which overlooks the communal gardens and pool is furnished with a large patio table and 6 chairs to enable you to enjoy dining al fresco. Also within the communal gardens is a children's playground with swings, a small slide, see-saw etc.

We had a truly wonderful time. On arrival the property was spotlessly clean. When the owner said the property has only a few steps from the pool they were not exaggerating. The garden of the property and the communal gardens were verywell tended. The children has a wonderful time in the pool and we could watch them from either the ground floor or fist floor terrace. In the evenings there were a large number of reasonably priced restaurants with 10 minutes walk. The property itself was very comfortable and had every piece of equipment that we needed.

This is the fourth year in a row we have visited the Costa Blanca and this is the best property we have stayed at. On return from our holiday I booked the property again for 2008

Our family of 5 spent the October half term holiday at this wonderful villa. Despite it being a school holiday there were only a few other guests staying on the complex and our children had the pool which was just a few steps from the front garden, almost to themselves. The weather was very warm considering it was late October, we ate many of our meals on the terrace which had the sun for most of the day. In the area there was plenty to keep the children occupied; they particularly enjoyed the go-kart track. The villa which is in a small complex of 20 villas in communal gardens surrounding a fabulous pool. On arrival the villa was very welcoming with a pack of essentials with water, milk, tea coffee and a bottle of plonk, it was extremely well furnished and kitted-out, the satellite TV allowed my wife to keep up to date with her favourite soaps. There was a huge range of reasonably priced restaurants either within a 10 minute walk or a short drive away, many of them offering a menu del dia for a few Euros. The local beach was fantastic; it was extremely clean, with good amenities and only a 5 minute drive from the villa.

Our only disappointment was that we didn’t have more time to explore further a field and visit some of the local historic towns and villages. We will definitely recommend this villa to our family and friends; we have decided to return and will be contacting the owners to rebook our summer holidays for next year as soon as we know our available dates. We are looking forward to exploring the area and chilling out in this fantastic villa with a great pool

The majority of our booking are from repeat customers, I think that this is a reflection of how we try to make our villa like a home from home rather than a soulless holiday home.
