Notes to the rental rates

• Payment methods - Cheque or bank draft. A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure. Damages deposit of £100. This deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of end of stay, provided keys are returned and there are no damages. The owner reserves the right to charge clients for damages, breakages or loss to the property caused by the client.
  The client must obtain their own comprehensive insurance cover as the owner cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, damage, cancellations, etc.
  
• We aim to be as flexible as possible & will try to accommodate all requests with regard to changeover dates & times.
  
• Linen and house towels are provided. (Not beach towels). There is a charge of €55 (for 4 people + €10 for each extra person) payable locally for cleaning after your departure.

Surrounding Area

There are many restaurants in and around the area offering a wide variety of international cuisine. The Plaza at Villamartin has a mix of bars, shops, restaurants and nightclubs. Most of the bars and restaurants are open all the year round. There is also a small supermarket that carries many British products and newspapers and magazines. Local horse riding stables are also within easy walking distance. Torrevieja with its marina, modern shopping mall & childrens' fun fair & Aqua Park is only 5km. away. There is a good motorway close by & Alicante is a 40 min. drive; & Murcia about 25 mins., with plenty to see & do in both for those looking for something other than just a beach holiday. The La Manga Club is a 40 mins drive away. Car hire recommended but airport collection can be arranged. Nearest International Airport: Murcia - 25 mins approx; Alicante - 50 mins. approx. Nearest motorway junction - La Zenia at 2 kilometres.

Golf Information

The villa is ideally situated for those who enjoy a round of Golf. The famous championship golf course at Villamartin is less than 2 mins. away by car. It also features tennis facilities, and the Clubhouse Bar and Restaurant is also open to non-golfers. Close by is the beautiful course of Campoamar, with its magnificent views. Its 18 holes run through two connected valleys surrounded by low, undulating ridges which protect it from the wind. Las Ramblas (10 min drive), with its incredible water hazards is the shortest of the three but features high tees, narrow fairways and ravines. La Finca is a spectacular brand new golf course and is slightly more inland (about 20 mins. by car) The world famous La Manga course is only 40 minute drive south along the coast

Beaches

There are a number of top quality beaches nearby, all awarded the European Blue Flag for cleanliness and safety. The sandy beaches at La Zenia and Cabo Roig are a ideal for sun seekers, and also have children's play areas, and sun beds. There are beach bars and restaurants serving drinks and light lunches. There is free parking and showers along the beaches. Most water sports can be found in the area.
